I had my very first experience with a First Aid training course and I had the privilege of being taught by Elvis. He made this two-day course incredibly fun and I left feeling confident and knowledgeable. Big shout out to Elvis for keeping it real and I’ll be waiting to refresh myself with his course in the next few years!

Class great with hands on training, instructor took questions and answered them in a proper manner! Time didn't drag on, we were kept alert and interested! Thank you

DO NOT book a CRP class here unless your sure you will be able to attend the class and what to spend the extra money , they don't offer rescheduling's or rebooking's, if you are unable to attend you lose 100% of the course fee. I booked a 2 day course & was unable to attend my first class so I automatically lose the second day as well.... & all I was told was sorry nothing we can do

I had a terrible experience with the St. John Ambulance Toronto branch. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me that she had booked me for the CPR recertification course I was interested in. However, when I showed up at 9 am on Saturday morning, there was no record of me being registered. Furthermore, I apparently wasn't even eligible for the recertification course, which she did not tell me despite the fact that she had access to my record and would have been able to see this at the time we spoke on the phone. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, as getting to the location was out of the way for me and she explicitly told me over the phone that she had me booked for the date and course I had requested, when this was obviously not the case. I would not recommend St. John Ambulance Toronto to anyone, go somewhere else for CPR training!

Instructor was knowledgeable but rude to say the least about his attitude. He is a teacher and not there to provide customer service, I understand that part but I think people of such nature who do not know how to interact with people shouldnt be made to work with people. Front desk staff also had attitude for no reason when approached and on the phone as well. Parking was not easy either. Terrible experience and never booking my course at this location again.

Took the St. John's Ambulance Pet First Aid" course at the Toronto Bloor Street location on Sunday June 26/2016. Got there several minutes early and found the doors to the building were locked with no clear indication on how to access the building. Many of my classmates experienced trouble getting in as well. And we were missing 2-3 people which could have been due to difficulty with getting inside.Each student was given a booklet which apparently covers everything you need to know about Pet First Aid.The course

Best place for CPR & AED trainings! I really loved our instructor, I'd give him a 100/10. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and has a good sense of humour. He gives scenarios that makes you analyze and think real hard. He also made the topics easy to understand. I'd recommend St John Ambulance to my family and friends who needs to take their CPR training.

Valuable and great training of the first aid CPR contents. The instructor was very knowledgeable and it’s definitely recommended for thise who want to learn how to perform first aid treatments at their workplaces

Took a CPR course here for a job requirement and it was a great experience! Class sizes are small with a spacious room, and lots of new equipment for a hands-on experience. My sessions were with Brodie and he was amazing at keeping the course interesting and engaging, and always leaving room for questions. I’ll definitely book here again for my recertification! Book with Brodie if you can.
