great service i get my nails done here they never fall off in-between fills and let me tell u i be getting fills like once a month and none fall off, i love their prices and their friendly staff 100% would recommend

I went for manicure. They did not do good. You even see the nail it was jot done properly I decided to go back and ask them to fix it and let’s see if the are willing to do it. They rushing because they have lots of customers however staffs are friendly.

Worst experience ever!When I called first they refused and said they didn’t have space, then called me aback after 10 mins and told me to come, when I reached they did my pedicure in a hurry and rushed to the other customers as they had overbooked. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there!!!

I visited them Sunday for a Pedicure with my mom. I was not very satisfied with the service and would not recommend their services or revisit.The previous colour was not removed properly, as you can see in the picture - its smudged all over the skin. My mom had to request her nail tech to shape the nails evenly 2-3 times, yet the nails are not symmetrical between two feet, when filled.I felt that there was barely any time spent scrubbing my feet, there was no lotion applied after the polish or final scrub.We were told to wait until polish dries before getting up- understandable. However, we were not attended to for over 30 mins after final polish- we got up and left on our own.We felt that the staff prioritized a group that walked in, while our service was in progress- and it was rushed.

Staffs are really nice and professional. They did my nails look exactly like the picture I showed them, even more pretty lol. Also, they will let you know about the price before starting do your nails!! 10/10 MUST TRY!!

Crown nails has the best nail technicians. I have seen many people come and and literally just show a cool Intagram photo and this nail salon can do anything! They are polite and do not yell to each other, the environment is calm and quiet, the space promotes relaxation.

Poor customer service . My nails shape have done by a man who was very very rude to me and I didn’t like my nails . I also asked to change the shape of my nails but they denied .

I am so disappointed with the service and I will never be coming back. Based on the reviews I’ve read too it seems there is a problem with over booking. I called and was told to come at 11am for gel set and pedicure gel set was done right away and I’m thinking because it’s more money that’s what was done right away. Then got sat for a pedicure put my feet in water which was luke warm but I thought it’s okay, sat for over half and hour with no acknowledgment asking how I’m doing nothing. Water was freezing cold at that point finally someone came over and said I will be there in 2 minutes. I said that’s fine but could you add hot water and she tried but it seemed it wasn’t getting hot. She she left then went and started doing nails. I waited another 15 minutes so keep in mind over 45 minutes sitting waiting finally I had to walk out. Manager came and said two minutes and I couldn’t wait two minutes I had things to do as I’m a maid of honour in a wedding and it was their social that day. Manager still proceeded to charge full price for my nails and I’m walking out with soaking wet feet didn’t even offer me a towel. So unbelievably unprofessional. I don’t mind waiting but some acknowledgement would be nice. Manager said sorry we’re super busy then why is your receptionist over booking everyone. Seems like all they care about is money here and not good service at all. I sat in my car and cried for 10 minutes because I was soo upset

Worst nail experience ever. I got pedicure and dip powder done with extended fake nails. When I chose the dip powder colour it was really light pink than what it turned out on my nails. I asked for square shape which was horribly filed out. I told the owner I didn’t like the colour and I would like to change it to which she said she can’t cz it’s the dip powder. But she agreed to change it to the shellac. But after getting everything buffed out she disagreed to change anything and instead told me I can get light colour next time. The person who originally did my nails I think got mad at me or so and they both had some conversation in their own language and he buffed my nails in so much anger. I would never go back. And I paid $90 bucks in total for horrible service.
