This place is a disgrace they haven’t got one order right. My wedges are always raw same with my hash brown. There’s no bacon on my sandwich when I pay for extra bacon. My ice coffee so never filled to the top and are so water down. Had to wait 30 minutes for one pack of wedges that weren’t even cooked and forgot my chipotle sauce. If I knew that you had to pick the potatoes out of the ground wouldn’t have gotten it. The manger has a very rude tone. Doesn’t make me feel welcomed. No ice caps. It’sOverall terrible and slow service had to order McDonald’s. Peridot

The food isnt great and it seems they always close early. The staff is okay, not too friendly nore unfriendly.

Quite convenient if you're in the arts building for a class and they have good pastries as with most tim Hortons so overall quite niceKind of a long line though so 4 stars ^^

I asked for a Pumpkin spice iced capp and got a regular iced capp with the pumpkin spice syrup lying on top handed to me with a stir stick to make it myself. I didn’t get any whipped cream either. I was so baffled at how awful the service was. I won’t ever be going back.

Food is alright but the service here is not great. They make you feel rushed and they seem to get frustrated with you if your order is large or a bit more difficult than a coffee and donut. Customer service definitely needs improving.

As a student at mun I'm here a lot and the service here seems to get worse everytime I'm here. The food also looks like it was quickly slapped together rather then made professionally
