I always stop here when going to my cottage, and the location is very convenient. It is also quite a big nofrills.

This is the absolute best No Frills I have ever visited. Every time I am visiting from Barrie we always do a run into town" and get our groceries here. It is miles better than our local Zehrs store or any of the No Frills in the surrounding areas."

Management is getting poor. On a busy day, the place never has enough cashier open. In general, grocery stores service everywhere is getting poor. However, this store used to be one of the best grocery stores in the area. Now, it plunged from high to low service. It’s sad.

Exactly as the name suggests, a grocery store without frills... but a good grocery store, never the less.This store is very busy, yet the checkout is reasonably quick. Advertised specials are usually available in abundance. Staff are great at providing assistance when you need help locating items.

I love this store, read on, pharmacy, books, clothing, household items, specialty items. But repeatedly get over charged on my bill, moldy items mixed in with fresh items, in the last 3 weeks expired date on salad dressing, mold on Cucumbers, mold on bagels over $6 over charged. When asked to discuss with Jamie or Jaclyn I was refused.

Although No Frills does have everything you need under one roof, I often find elderly people scratching their heads or asking other fellow customers for directions to an item That they are unable to find...aisles are constantly being switched around.Just when you think you've memorized where everything is located, they decide to do another switcheroo.I would suggest finding the magic spot and then settling in, it can be very confusing for even the younger shoppers....I cannot imagine how frustrating it must be for senior shoppers.

I would have given you 5 stars. But on a busy Saturday morning you only had 3 cashiers on and one of those was for the express line, even the self check-out was crowded. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to pay for my groceries. I love your store far superior to the two locations we have here in Kingston with the bonus of you having the Joe Fresh line in store. It was a nice day for a drive so why not grocery shop in Napanee.

I found what I was looking for. The check out was difficult. You can't use cash at the self checkout so I pack up and go to the line up. The lady there was very curt and didn't reply to my thank you. I will return if I need something specific but it's Metro otherwise. If you don't have a quarter then you don't get a cart. Not the best shopping experience I have had.

Every time I go to shop here I need to sit in the parking lot and channel all of the patience I can muster because there has never been one positive experience in here. Yesterday was the final straw. No parking available because it is too busy. People were having to create their own spots.Once I finished my shopping I had to line up in a line that stretched all the way back to the Pharmacy counter. This store is so poorly run that they didn't even think to have someone control the line so once people got to the cash area they created their own lines in the lanes. It was highly disorganized and disrespectful of their customers time. Other customersThe cashier I went to couldn't process card payments through her terminal so she had to take me to another register that was empty and load the receipt there. Why not just let her work on a land that is operational? This store doesn't care about their workers either because if they did they would add some organization and not let their front line staff bear the brunt of customer frustration. If they would just set up a que and have 1 employee directing the customers to the first available lane this would calm customers down and increase efficiency.Avoid shopping here at all costs.

Always great deals to be found. Never a problem when getting a price match. Staff is courteous and helpful.
