The service was beyond excellent -- point of care response. My phone number was inadvertently switched to a different number as I was moving from a Corporate to a Personal Account. Initially, I was informed nothing can be done until 3 days later due to a long weekend -- given the nature of my work, it simply cannot wait for that long. However, Mon, one of the employees, provided a solution for me in less than 24 hours. The instructions and direction provided were clear and simple to follow. Thank you so very much!

Best place to get corporate accounts! Working at a school or hospital gives you special rate plans so make sure to ask! Luis is the EPP expert and set me up with a great deal on a plan and also a device. I'm glad I stumbled upon this store.

Jonathan was very helpful and patient as he set up my new phone (not bought nor available through Telus) from my old Blackberry. The extra fee to do so, with the purchase of a SIM card, was well worth it. Glad I went to this location!

I always have the most amazing customer experience. Mon, the owner is so kind and so responsive, patient with all my questions/concerns. He is super efficient and gets everything done in a timely manner. Great customer service! My husband and I have been a long time customer for 5 years now and we love it! Highly recommend this store! Especially dealing with Ramonette (Mon) :)

Ramonette was excellent in explaining all my options to renew my mobile plan. He took the time to explain everything and gave me an excellent Black Friday deal. I originally contact my local store on Granville Street (for the convenient of it's location) but the young person I spoke to was unhelpful and uninterested so I decided to go back to the West Broadway store where I originally purchased my mobile phone 3 years ago. I'm so glad I did, and I will be going back to them again when my current contract expires. Fantastic customer service = repeat customers!
