Sport Chek

Horrible customer service. Returned a pair of shoes here and the interaction I had with whom I assume was the store manager was down right abysmal. She was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. It left me with a very bad impression of Sport Chek and I will not be taking any of my business to them in the future.

I was greeted in the shoe department by Raydelle where she was more than helpful in finding me a pair of shoes to purchase. Unfortunately, the first few I was interested in were not unavailable in my size, then she showed me a pair that she had in the back which ended up being perfect. She asked if I needed anything else and as I have starting school again I needed a few pieces or athletic wear and tape, which she was generous to take me around to find. This kind of customer service does not go unnoticed. She is a great asset to the store, it's not very often you get employees helping you start to finish if they do not work in particular departments.

I don’t usually visit sportchek - received an email for a discount code through virgin so I thought I would check things out. I visited with my girlfriend and my 10 month old son and I have to say everyone working there tonight were absolutely amazing, any questions I had to ask they were more than willing to answer. We had an employee help scan a few items to see what they came to with the discount and we are pleasantly surprised. We ended up spending a few hundred dollars and we let our family / friends who are with virgin to go check it out! Thanks again to all the staff y’all were seriously amazing. Keep up the great work

They gave me good service.. they were dealing with someone stealing a bunch of stuff and still maintained professional and good service. Love the new shoes.

Just had the best experience thanks to our sales associate Sarah! She went above and beyond to help us get the right shoes for our future athletes! She was patient with our kids and was extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much for all your help today Sarah!

I went into sports check to pick up a pair of soccer shorts. I took the shorts off the hanger just to try them on and when I asked who i’m assuming was the manager to try them on in the fitting rooms she instantly asked me where the hanger was. I told her I left it near where I found the shorts just because I wanted to try them on. She then proceeded to tell me that next time I NEED to have the hanger because it looked like i’m stealing…… Sorry but I would never steal soccer shorts especially from sports check….. They need a new staff as they shouldn’t be accusing customers of stealing. And then when I left the shorts in the dressing room because they were too big because she told me to leave them there if they didn’t fit or if I didn’t like them she proceeded to open the dressing room door and get the shorts and then slammed the door just as I was paying so i would hear her. I’m sorry but if you don’t like your job FIND A NEW ONE!!!!!!

I went in to get my daughter all the stuff to start soccer come spring and the staff from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out was nothing but pleasant.Thank you sport chek for helping me get my daughter ready for her first soccer season ⚽️.

Horrible customer service. Was looking to buy new running shoes. Employee did not ask how I liked the fit of the shoes or make any offers to grab another pair. Took a long time to grab shoes from the stock room. Ended up leaving emptying handed.

Came in looking for a winter jacket, selection for women was great! Very clean store with exceptional customer service. Staff members are friendly and a pleasure to interact with.
