Worst service provider ever! I requested my number to port in on April 25, no update since then. I called on April 28, and they told me the transaction failed. I said fine, then please stop porting my number. However, without any notification, they charged me and shut down my number’s service two days later. They claimed the number was successfully ported in, but when I called out, it shows a completely different number. The weirdest part is this new number belongs to a massage clinic and nobody can reach me via this new number. They would never answer your request on time. All they can do is to require you to wait for 1-3 business days! And, if you don’t call them, they just pretend nothing happened! I have never seen a company with such bad service!!! After seven days’ communication, they told me there is nothing they can do. So I lost a number I used for over 10 years and they refused to apologize! I would never use their service again and would never recommend them.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! This fraudulent telecom company, CHINA TELECOM CANADA FROM THORNHILL, ONTARIO, has just stolen my Corporate Credit Card and charged 10 different charges more than $1k. I have no idea who this company is or what they offer BUT PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

2021年7月14日，把用了近十年的647开头的手机号码从原来的电话公司转去中国电信加拿大公司，谁知却是噩梦的开始。当中国电信告知“转网成功”，我换上中国电信的SIM 卡， 打出的号码居然显示Estevan， Saskatchewan ， 字头是306 ， 根本就不是我原来那个号码，而且还没有流量。于是打中国电信电话，客服人员说需要时间操作，“我们会转告后台处理”， “已经给你加急处理了”， 前后打了大概二十多次电话，每次都是如此，没有技术人员支持，没有投诉电话号码，没有客户经理接电话，客服中心不在加拿大，没有人跟进。 最令我气愤的是中国电信一直没有人真诚地道歉，没有任何人提出一个解决方案。中国电信这样恶劣的服务方式，居然发生在加拿大，真令人极其失望。这件事他们现在还在拖着。把我用了十年的号码弄没了，对我的生活带来了巨大的影响，给我带来了极大的精神困扰。

Hard to communicate with service rep.No English speaking rep at 7:45pm.My cell was temporary put on hold because my card expired on Mar 1, but they hold my line immediately... I cant use my phone to call them as no phone service. I used text message to live customer service but it dropped my line all the times after a long wait.Very frustrated as now Ive no phone yo use.

after 5 days of activation. still won't active my plan. all they say that they are processing it. like come on! call centre was not helpful at all. if you purchase wireless from them. don't expect any service. I'm totally disappointed.

TESTED: The sim card does not work on Huawei/XiaoMi phones for international calls, only works at local Canada. You have to use Apple or Samsung to dial international calls which is ridiculous. Please aware about hidden fees and no refund. Call Center is located in China, not professional and their term and service are not on the same page to Canada. Strongly not recommended.

Literally unusable; calls would drop halfway through consistently in the 20% of cases the call was even able to get through in the first place.
