I can not say anything bad about our salesman Steve B at the Red Deer Location he went above and beyond for us. He was amazing through our whole process buying our camper through a total loss insurance claim. We dealt with Steve before at another dealership buying and truck and were more than happy to follow him when he went to Woody's. The service team has gone out of their way to get us in and out quick for warranty and has been great with communication as well. Me and my husband went browsing for camping gear and found the BEST selection of Yeti and some Kuma! Fabulously decorated. It felt like being a kid in the candy store, the parts department is so well put together. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The salespeople are not only friendly and outgoing, they are HILARIOUS! We got a kick out of their sassy sarcastic charm. We spent more time laughing and joking with Victoria and one of the salesmen from the floor than we did shopping. They gave us the part AND the joke of the day. Well worth the stop!

Went to woody’s RV and found the perfect unit that is to Owen. He was extremely patient with the whole process. Made sure me and my family had the perfect until to take out this summer and enjoy. Great experience would definitely go back!

They don’t pay the people who ship the RV’s Woodys and Team RV owe my children and myself $$$. There is an IBEX Trailer with a lien on it in Abbotsford. Woodys finally reached out when the business slowed down. So it can’t be registered. Management still hasn’t acknowledged this even with numerous messages. Poor Business to Business ethic. That would be excellent if you can reach out to them. They know which trailer as I have mailed the Lien to them and Woodys RV. It’s better to work with local companies than companies who don’t respect the free trade act Contractors hiding behind Jurisdictions which states they should still pay in the state of Indiana.

Me and my wife dealt with Steve at the red deer location. There isn’t enough good words to describe the help he delivered. From making us feel welcome all the way to hands on tutorial of our new 3250bh unit he was great. I wish more sales people were as personable as Steve. Would suggest him to anyone

Just bought a Fleetwood Discovery. The sales team were great to work with. We reached a fair deal for both of us. There were a few things to look after on pick up and they helped resolve and were responsive. They clearly stand behind what they sell. I would recommend them to friends and family.

When I purchased my trailer from Nelson Simao, they were still in the old location. He has years of experience & it shows. He is VERY knowledgeable with the product & very thorough. I stopped by their new location to pick up some parts from the parts department & Nelson greeted me with a big smile when I walked into the showroom & he asked how the family was doing. He genuinely cares about his customers. I'll always refer customers to Woody's & to go see Nelson. Him & their entire staff will take good care of you. I'll be a lifetime customer.

Bought our second RV from Woody's Red Deer. I'm sure we will be back for more ! Go see Owen, he is the best salesman there and will help you get the perfect setup. We drive all the way from Revelstoke each time and it's always worth it.
