Had a great experience as a reciprocal member. Staff, Emily and Dante were wonderful, boat was ready and spotless.

Freedom Boat Club Lake Simcoe
Although I have been a member for 3 years, with great experience, unfortunately, since they changed to the corporate, I had my first unpleasant experience. The staff at Friday Harbour were really unprofessional, I was dealing with a guy who was very rude and not willing even to listen, while keep pretending that he knows all the members (which is not) and everything else; which was not true as well.Unfortunately, things have changed significantly since they joined the corporate, few other friends as well had other bad experience.
