These guys went above and beyond when we were stranded with a flat tire on our motorcycle. They went and got a tire for us from harley and installed it when we were in a jam. Thank you for getting us back on the road to finish our 1800km round trip you were life savers!

I requested a tuneup of my boat, they where close - shame on me for not reading their reviews.Competitors advertising half of what I paid for more services, such as: “Inspecting the trailer wiring, lights, missing or broken lenses, check tires, check wheel bearings for signs of grease or leaks, check trailer brake operation, inspect tongue lock, break away cable condition, chains, trailer bunks, lock out solenoid, and winch strap. We inspect the leg to make sure the speedo tube is connected, check operation of all gauges, install battery and check it to make sure it’s charged, install engine and manifold plugs- connect all hoses and clamps. Check all oil levels and conditions. Run the engine to operating temperature, check navigation lights, ballast, stereo operation, check the blower motor, bilge pump, check manifold temperature.Make sure your boat is ready for the water.”What did I receive, excuses.Motor runs on 2 of 4 cylinders, smokes, filled our shop with smoke. Leg has milky oil, unit will not run, busted transom. When questioned they only ran the motor for 20 minutes. They did not look at bearings or taillight. They couldn’t even find serial # for block let alone parts or how much to quote. They didn’t even disengage the battery - bilge pump running dry for 4 days after their service.They charged over $300 for 30 minutes worth of work, their work order may identify other labour hours.I pulled the boat home, hooked up water hose, checked compression (all cylinders within 7 psi), used a spray carb cleaner and ran motor on all 4 cylinders for 45 minutes - runs like a top.I’m busy, I could easily have done the service myself - most likely will. When I call on a vendor I would prefer that their upfront with me “yes sir we have licensed mechanics, yes sir we are competent and competitive, yes sir the customer comes first……….”.I rely on reviews.

Great place to check out all the latest toys! They really know their stuff and if you need any parts or service they got you covered. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an ATV, bike, boat or any toys in between.

I had brought my 2012 new to me seadoo boat in for service, it would power out at 20 mph. made for a sad summer. I can't thanks Phil from service and his techs for the fantastic job they had done. They were able to find issue right off the start and order parts to fix it. I had to wait a few weeks for the parts as any where is right now. In the end, took my little boat out for a test and hit 46 mph and put a smile on my face, super happy with all the work the service team did on my boat. Thank you Thank you. I also bought a new 2015 seadoo here with no issues 7 years later.

Brutal place to buy parts. Called at 9:05am and was told parts people are late today. I needed a part bad to get out on the weekend and told them that. They said they would call me right away once they arrive. That did not happen. Called back at noon and got the we are busy and will call back. Guess when they called back? Two days later. I went and spent my $1000 in Golden on my way to Revy....good job parts guys.

The only reason I am giving a 2 and not a zero is because of Jay in Parts. He was as helpful as he possibly could have been in this situation.We spoke with sales during the week and advised we’d be travelling from almost 3 hours away to come see a used boat that Saturday. He said “see you Saturday” and much to our surprise after driving the 2.5 hours no one from sales was there to be able to assist. Knowing that we were coming from out of town it should have been communicated to us that there would not be a sales person to assist. Jay in parts did offer to assist but was not able to answer some of our questions to discuss price to possibly negotiate since he’s in parts (how convenient). Next time you know someone is coming from out of town a courtesy text saying you won’t be there when you said you would is what should have been done. Poor sales service!! Unfortunately we wasted 5 hours driving today and didn’t get the boat we wanted because it just didn’t feel right, so un organized. When we asked about the missing battery we were told…. “It’s somewhere in the shop” really re assuring when spending thousands of dollars.

I've been a customer since I've moved here. I've never made a motor vehicle purchase here but I've had lots of tires replaced, bought some gear/parts etc... They don't stock a lot of inventory. Everytime I call for something it seems like it needs to be ordered.My son like to go here for 'daddy and son time'. We sit in different side by sides or on quads or bikes. The workers and owners don't seem to mind. Machines are few and far between right now due to the pandemic supply chain issues.

I purchased a seadoo around 2 years ago from here. From being forgot about lied to and had to fight to get my purchase. That showed up missing speakers had to fight for the money back on the speakers. I was promised they wuld get me the speakers and install them free of charge. Never received a call to this day. O ya and my hand grips fell off on my first ride put in the wrong bolts I almost crashed but they didn't care. Don't buy anything from this place.

Excellent Sales Staff! We consigned 2 motorcycles at Bow Ridge. We shopped around to a bunch of dealers. Found Bow Ridge to be the most honest down to earth sales team. We would recommend there sales team for consignment all day long. Thanks Again Bow Ridge!

I purchased a Vamoose ebike from Jay at Bow Ridge Sports. He provided me with a thorough tutorial on how to use the bike. The process was seamless and everyone is very friendly and supportive at Bow Ridge. As the bike would not fit in my Jeep the owner Zane offered to deliver it to my house in Calgary. Sales and service second to none.
