Our house was also sold within a week of being put into the market! He advised us according to our circumstances and always tried his best to fit our accommodations and what we wanted. SP Nagpal recently helped me buy my first investment property. Being a first time investor SP initially spent time explaining us the pros and cons of investment property and helped us understand what happens after an investment property is bought. This was done all even before we had signed any formal agreement with his agency, clearly demonstrating client comes before business, a rare quality in the current market place.SP took time to understand our needs, our limitations and guided us along the way not just by answering our question but also educating us. For example he showed us different type of properties that were good for investment but not the right one for us, he would explain us why this was not the right property for us. Very unusual for a real estate agent to spend time showing property that he knew will not get him anything in return.
