Please, Never Ever go to this location. They are so rude, making fun of my questions and laugh so loud about it with their colleague and other customers (it's not funny! when we the customer don't know something, we ask!).They also messed up with my packages, explain stuff to me with a very bad attitude and throwing my packages right in front of me, zero proper customer service.

Came in to ship an old computer back to my employer and the gentleman who was working there was helpful and efficient. I wish Canada Post would send my package here for pick up instead of the Rexall on Brimley/Eglinton.

Generally I don't write reviews, but now I have to; the guys working there have no sense of customer service and pathetic in communication. They should be throughly trained otherwise be removed and give chance to someone else. I don't want to give them any star.

Was told I could ONLY mail paper in lettermail, turns out that's a lie after calling canada post. charged me 30$ instead of 9$ for 3 lettermail. SCAM!

I had the worst experience in this place the people that work there are annoying and they can't give you enough information you need to pick up an item. I recommend you to go to another Canada post not on this one.

The gentleman thats there is great, however the woman is rude, unhelpful, and has no communication skills whatsoever.

employees are very unpleasant and hard to talk to. I usually don't want to go there just to avoid talking to them. How ever returning products is a regular thing for me and I have to face them.
