If I am wondering about this I know there must be some other people that are too!!. Here is what I found.....Cook's Church.- Originated with the Scottish settlers. In 1863 a Presbyterian minister began services on alternate Sundays in Sutherland's schoolhouse. At that time the group of families of Presbyterian connection who came to worship was spoken of as Caradoc Presbyterian Station. A new church was built in 1867
