Normally great, closed over an hour early could not drop off my parcel. No notice or indication of adjusted hours.

I'm shocked by the low rating of this post office because I've always only had friendly service. The workers are very kind and will do the best to get you the cheapest deal on your parcel that they can! They're so sweet and this is my go-to post office! :)

This store does not cover their staff while on break. I have come twice now where the staff have been on break with no coverage not convenient at all and not very customer focused.

I wish I could give them -5. They are the worst, I moved to the new place just a week ago and didn’t have proof of address for the new address. How could I? Because I’ve just updated my address everywhere and I could have new address proof in the next bill, that is a month later, should I wait a month to pickup my package? Then I updated my address on my cellular account and went there again, they said we’ve just switched off our computers, we cannot give you your package. Please come back when we open next time, that is two days later.please don’t go this location, go wherever you want but not here.

A lot of Karens and Daves complaints. The individuals working and giving a service are just like you and me.. A Life. Use a courier if you are so desperate.

The official schedule says this post office is open on Sunday 10 am - 6 pm. I showed up with a huge and heavy package at 1:40 and nobody’s there with a sign “we’ll be back at 2” and “do not drop off any parcels or returns while we are closed”.I wait until 2:05 for them to actually accept my package.I only give them two stars for wasting so much customers’ time because they trued to notice when they’ll be back.

I've always had friendly helpful service at this post office and not waited more than 5 minutes. I felt like hugging the staff after we moved here and I came for the first time... I was so used to being treated like a big inconvenience by staff at my last post office. Thank you!

Some of the staff are nice but this location is so so so slow. Always 20 minute wait, always :(

I wish i could give them just -100 ifI could. I wasn’t able to pick up my parcel just because my address on my id was my old address which i just movedAnd asked for proof that i wasn’t even able to getAnd told me to get a random person with the same address that was on the package when the package was sent to me ( does that mean any random person can pick up my parcel if they have the same address???? )This lady was arguing with nonsense and being super hard headed just to prove her point

Attended to verify info relating to a mail forwarding order. Staff members advised that they could not do it as no address showing on screen. Senior staff member stated that she had processed thousands of these and I likely did not enter an address. I stated how is it possible to complete and pay for a mail forwarding order without entering the address?! She suggested that I phone customer service, which I did.Customer service stated that everything was entered and completed as required and suggested that I go to a different post office which I did where the verification was completed seamlessly.I returned to this post office to advise of the circumstances. Staff members were unapologetic stating that there was no address in the system and the system was the same on all post offices. As it was verified at another post office, I suggested that they contact customer service to correct the obvious error at their location lest another customer gets the same unapologetic runaround. Appalling, unapologetic customer service.
