I had old jewellery that I inherited. Items that meant nothing to me because I didn’t know who they were from. I took them in to Christine and she worked with me and came up with a very unique design for a new ring that has so much meaning for me using the scrap gold. It’s stunning, very unique and better than what I could have imagined. Highly recommended to anyone. Thank you Christine!

The couple who run this establishment are very friendly and professional. They provide excellent customer service and cator to your needs. Extremely satisfied after repairing a damaged necklace that involved a number of trips to figure out a source that would be: a) reasonably priced, b) reasonably fast, and c) reasonably friendly. This establishment knocked it out of the park on all three counts through their fastidious hospitality and genuine fairness. Considering how difficult the pandemic has been on this industry in general, it's refreshing to know that a place like this still exists complete with owners who still care about their clientele. I not only wholeheartedly recommend them, but I think you'll find this to be the kind of small-town, community-oriented business that's worth admiring.

Staff/owners was not helpful, extremely hostile and would not take the time to engage with the customer, (came in for a simple resizing job) they don’t have the experience in higher karat gold and told me my jewelry is plated and is not real because it had no stamp on it, they did not even test it, even after I asked them to show me how they came up with that conclusion, (most of my jewelry is custom and I personally request not to have it stamped during manufacturing) I do have all the certificates including the X-ray scan documents that I witnessed being done.I would not recommend this store for gold repairs above 10 karat gold.But I understand they are really good at watch battery replacement.
