We have used this company several times. John is very easy to work with and his crew is experienced and good at what they do. Great customer service, and good quality work at a fair price. Hard to find these days!

They day I called Premier, they sent John to our house within the hour. We had bought the house just 2 days before and we knew we were walking into a lot of issues right from the start. John was so patient as we literally walked through just about everything in the house. He gave us lots of advice and explained multiple options for things with total honesty. We made a plan for what needed to be done asap as well as long term which also helped us financially during our move. When I asked when he could get us on the books, he said I can be here at 8am tomorrow. In these hard times we certainly don't hear that anymore, and to have them there when we needed it is something that cant be measured. John brought Josh out at 8am sharp and they spent all day fixing everything on our list! They were nice, clean, knowledgeable and got the job done! They didn't charge us a rush fee, they definitely gave us an amazing package deal and they gave us one of the best things you can give someone after days of moving...HOT SHOWERS!! THANK-YOU!!

We had a copper pipe burst in our basement on a saturday afternoon (pipe freeze). Premier Plumbing promptly returned our call the same day and offered to repair early Sunday morning. Josh was very personable, did a great job, sent a text when on his way - and also provided valuable advice to improve our installation in the future. Work done included burst copper pipe replacement, replacement of outside faucets with new freezeless anti-siphon faucets, installation of ball valve and easy drain valve indoors in the basement. Charged a competitive amount (they did not apply any week-end surcharge). We warmly recommend Premier Plumbing and Josh and will gladly hire them again in the future!

Premier was excellent! I had an emergency with a gas leak and Doug set me up with a technician right away. David came out and he was amazing. He replaced the entire pipe and fittings to our pool gas line. The best part was that Premium did not overcharge me even though it was same day service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Premier Plumbing. I can’t praise them enough.

Dave inspected piping and included myself with all aspects of the job. He is a very conscientious young man who is a professional at his trade. I highly recommend using Premier plumbing. Honest, thorough and very respectful of our house. Thanks for a job well done.

They were used for our home renovation. Unfortunately, we’ve had a few issues with their work. Our home renovation is less than 3 years old. These are not regular wear and tear concerns.They installed the main floor bathroom sink/faucet incorrectly. The sink pedestal continuously wobbled. They did not bolt it to the wall. They never returned to fix the issue. We had to call another plumber and pay extra to have this fixed. Also, the faucet was installed incorrectly—the knobs were loose, would not shut on and off. The faucet had to be replaced, an added cost.We have another issue in a different bathroom. Our main bedroom bathroom sink now has a leak. We called them to let them know about this and they told us they weren’t sure when they’ll be available or in the area to fix this. Again, we will call another plumber for this concern.I do not recommend Doug Parvin. I truly believe if you make mistakes in your work it’s an inconvenience for you and your customer but please make time to fix them. We shouldn’t be paying to have it fixed by another plumber.

We had a pipe leak in our basement when we used any water in the house. I called them early in the morning and they shifted their work schedule around to get to me quicker. Dave arrived within 30 minutes of my call and was very professional and great to work with. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.

We have used this company in the past and was very satisfied. Today Shawn came to our residence and installed a vanity, new faucet and reinstalled a toilet after we had a new floor installed. The price of the services were reasonable, very efficient and left having cleaned up after his job was done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service at a reasonable price.

Josh and the crew were super helpful, came up with solutions to some pretty serious issues, and were professional and thorough in their work. Very friendly, on time, and great price compared to several other companies in the area. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing!

Amazing work! Detected an outdoor pipe leak on a Sunday, called on a Monday, and premier said they would send someone out Tuesday morning, and quoted me a price on the spot! Dave and Chris showed up bright and early, and didn't have a single complaint about the spiderweb filled crawl space they had to work in to repair my pipe and install my faucet. Work was quick and well done, copper pipe was replaced with a flexible line, and they added a shut off so I hopefully won't have the problem a second time! Will definately use this company for any future plumbing needs, they've got great people!
