U.S. Customs and Border Protection – Rainbow Bridge Port of Entry

A bunch of clowns with uniforms. I can’t believe that these people go home and live a normal life. They seriously can’t be mentally fit, judging solely based on the way they communicate. Their badges should read rude and ignorant. More fitting.

These officers think they're thugs and say and do anything. They're extremely rude and corrupted. From the officer to supervisor to the prosecutor. They're together and are rude as it could get yet they have posters saying our officers will treat you with integrity

The US officers are extremely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and not fit to be protecting or communicating with citizens. All of them. I’ve had extremely horrible experience. They refuse to answer your questions, or clarify, and behave in a very thuggish manner. If you want to experience what abuse of authority looks like then you should try crossing this border. I can’t imagine how much these people misuse their position of power to communicate with those with limited English. They need to be audited. Disgusting communication, behavior, and mannerism.

Super fast because they have double or triple the personnel compared to the canada side. Still ask some stupid questions but at least it was quick.

Someone needs to make a documentary on these US border officers. To say that they abuse their power would be a compliment. Because they are worse! Extremely hostile, disrespectful, threatening, barbaric and inhumane approach not just with me, but with every single person waiting in line. I overheard all the communications with the other people waiting, and I was shocked. How is this allowed? How is this not being reviewed? Is the government turning a blind eye to this type of mistreatment? I can’t believe the people that actually fear authority and how much trauma they might have crossing this border in communicating with these poor excuse of a public servant.

I find it very hard to believe that these officers are properly educated, trained, or vetted to do this job. What a nightmare of few experiences. Not once have I cross the border and had a OK communication. Every time they try their best to be as rude and obnoxious as possible. They do their best to try to make your first entry into the United States as horrible as possible. Is this a reflection of your country?

The world knows that America has caused destruction and resulted in the deaths of millions of families worldwide. I also encountered a foolish American officer at the border of Niagara Falls. Shame on you, Americans. No one likes you. #Learn something from Canadian officers, who display higher levels of professionalism and humility at their border offices.There is a high level of arrogance in America's border offices. Even though they have a serious job to do, my experience was very pleasant. The officer checked passport, asked a few questions, looked in the car and saw us on our way with a smile and a farewell.Night and day compared to my experience at JFK
