Great variety of food and services in such a small store. Frequent family value activities and products sample are available. Quality meat, no fillers are used. Great customer service and they use local products when it is possible. Great local butcher store!

A great lunch stop! Their small in-house selection of meats for sale is very good. But I usually dine out on their great patio overlooking the St. Margaret's Bay trail in summer I enjoy their Montreal smoked meat sandwich and they feature ice cream too and I also enjoy the atmosphere of its small indoor area in the winter.

Stopped in for breakfast having never eaten in at their restaurant. The meat products for sale in the local Sobey's are always excellent so I was looking forward to breakfast.Both of us enjoyed the food. However, there was an error with my order that was mildly annoying. The table beside us also had their order screwed up and the server argued with them about it. Also, the restaurant was really really cold.I'll definitely continue to buy their products to take home, but I don't think I'll dine in again.

Wait time to be served was over 10 mins. Wait time to have your food served was almost 20 mins. The portion of your dish is 50% of what it should be. Chili came with only a handful of chips on the side…not enough for lunch at all:(. It is not kind of food that needs to be served anyway and they could make it more casual by switching it to self-service.

Cavicchi's Meats is a hidden gem! If you are out in the Tantallon area - and even if you're not - head down St Margaret's Bay Rd to this gorgeous home-turned-shop for fresh veggies, gluten and MSG free meats, and sausages! Enjoy an ice cream seated in the shade of their spacious side yard and don't forget to grab your pup a frozen raw bone to chew on! Wonderful family-run business, fantastic prices, and a great way to support local.

Great spot, we had the Reuben and Smoked Meat. Both were excellent, the smoked meat sandwich at Cavicchi's is definitely a new favorite for us. The soup was delicious, service was awesome, the space was very clean, tidy and neatly decorated. Definitely a gem in Tantallon!

Wonderful stop after a bike ride, beautiful patio to eat outside on. The soup was delicious and service was great. Love using the butcher in hunting season and the patio in summer. I will come eat here again!
