UC Baby 3D Ultrasound

I had an amazing experience at UC Baby Montreal. Our technician was knowledgable, kind and made our experience the best! We got so many beautiful pictures and video of our baby girl and got some goodies at the end. Very worth it and we would do it again no doubt.

UPDATE: Changing my rating from 2 to 4 stars since I got a call right after posting my initial review and was able to get an appointment in a few weeks from now. Waiting to see how the appointment actually goes to hopefully get to rate them with 5 stars, as they deserved during our 1st visit. To be continued! // Two years ago, when we came for a 3D ultrasound session for our firstborn, I would have given this place 5 stars without a doubt.Unfortunately, In the past 2 weeks I’ve tried to contact UC Baby to book another session for my second pregnancy, and after over 7 calls, detailed voicemails asking for a call back and even completing a form online to get an appointment… still no news from them. Very disappointing! We will be taking our business somewhere else … and not by choice!

They are so incredibly kind here. Had a 16 week gender reveal and they took their time to look at everything and allowed my husband and daughter in the room. It was the first time they ever went to an appointment and it was such a special moment. Really kind, informative and caring staff. You can’t go wrong by getting an ultrasound here.

Unprofessional receptionist/technician (aggressive, unethical and incompetent).I was not aware that this clinic shares its space with an esthetique clinic. I went in and asked the receptionist about an appointment I had. As she was asking me questions to find my appointment and the reason behind it, she was extremely ill-mannered and aggressive.When I notified her that I have an appointment with Estheticians, the receptionist went off on me without anything triggering her. I only asked her to let them know that I have arrived or to direct me to them as I thought she is a receptionist to both clinics since her desk is right at the front.She was extremely provocative with replies such as go find them yourself" and "don't waste my time" among many others.Keep in mind that I was extremely calm

I had the best experience with my husband. The receptionist and the ultrasound tech were super amazing. Relaxing atmosphere, and also clean. I recommend UC baby to anyone that is pregnant. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

My husband and I are so happy we came to UC Baby for our 30 week 4D/5D ultrasound! Maja was excellent- very knowledgeable, kind and patient in helping to get our baby girl to move as she was covered up quite a lot. Maha tried different ways and eventually she moved enough for us see her and get great pictures! They also allowed my parents to join which was sweet and sentimental for them! Highly recommend this place!

Amazing experience from start to finish. So knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend to see your baby and the teddy bear with the heart beat is just so amazing to have. Thank you so much

An incredible experience! The staff was welcoming and patient! We really appreciate the time they took to get some amazing pictures as well as making me feel comfortable! Will definitely be doing this with our next pregnancy!

Seriously loved my experience there today. She was knowledgeable and was able to get my baby girl to move so that we could get the best photos of her. I felt comfortable and felt like I was in the best hands ! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who considers going for this experience. Truly loved it.
