We were very pleased with Mike (technician) as he is very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely, I will recommend and keep in mind for future services.

The installers showed up on time, were polite, and friendly. They went to great lengths to not make a mess including laying plastic from the front entrance all the way to the utility room to protect my floors. Everything seems to be working great a few days in, and there were no surprises on the invoice. Would absolutely use their services again.

We were having issues with our furnace, and I would absolutely recommend Royal Mechanical Services to anyone in need. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and capable, but they were so friendly and willing to communicate the whole process to me. I learned a lot and also gained first hand trust for them and the work they do. Great service, I'm so impressed!

Great outfit to deal with. Furnace quit in the morning and Mike showed up on time and had all the parts that could have needed replacement. He identified the issue (circuit board) very quickly and had us up and running again in no time. The cost was fair and Mike was efficient and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use Royal Mechanical again.

Needed to replace induction fan in the furnace, based on the evaluation that I had prepared for them. Mike was able to confirm the long awaited part was correct and necessary, and quickly changed it out. Good to deal with people that know what they are doing. First experience with Royal Mechanical, my prior company had retired and shut down. Would highly recommend them for future problems.

I’ve used this company twice for two separate services. Plumbing and Furnace Servicing.Both times they were really great to deal with, came on time and did excellent work. The front end staff are great to deal with too, you can clearly see why this company has the good reputation it has in town, highly recommend!

Matt showed up right on schedule to check out our water heater that was acting up. I showed him a video of what it had been doing and he quickly diagnosed the issue, took time to walk through the options and in the end, we’re buying a new one from them that they’ll install. Great guy, knows his stuff, personable and honest with his assessment. There’s a reason they have a ton of 5 star reviews.

I called with an emergency request, being a cat crawled into a vent and hadn't made her own way out after several hours. Jason showed up within an hour which was much quicker than I could have hoped. He spent the time to find out exactly where the cat was and to figure out the safest way to get her out. He also took into consideration the noise that would be made with various strategies and the impact it would have on her fear levels. He called in another tech and they were both awesome with working to get the cat out safely. They went above and beyond to help and I couldn't be more appreciative! Clearly, I would highly recommend this company after my experience with them.

Mike the service tech was very professional, explained the issue thoroughly and went above and beyond on the repair. I appreciate the excellent service and will use these guys again in the future.
