Payless Truck Parts Ltd.

I recently visited Payless to purchase a few parts.My first impression was of a fast paced and clean business operation.Although the staff were busy I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked if I would like to enter the yard to look for my own parts. I gladly accepted the offer to look around.Holy moly they sure can fit a lot of inventory and trucks in the yard!When I returned to the office a wonderful lady helped me locate my parts with a search tool on their website. It displayed the part info and a picture on a big screen at the front desk so we could confirm the items. That was a great tool indeed.They found the parts I needed and we negotiated what I thought was very fair price. A sign was brought to my attention regarding their 14 day refund policy or credit on account beyond the 14 days, they did say they would happily exchange or replace the item within that time if it wasn't correct.The owner was very knowledgeable and had such a positive attitude! I left with a smile on my face!What a fun experience.I will definitely stop here again, great savings, nice people.

Staff is very experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful specially the front counter. I had my truck engine replaced. Very fast and quick service. Had no issues. They listened to all my concerns regarding the engine and explained everything very well. I would recommend payless truck parts to everyone for truck engines and parts.

Just did an engine swap with these guys last week and i must say, very good service and very educated staff. Highly recommend these guys over a dealer. I'll be sending more trucks this way.Update:I've been dealing with Junior for 1 year now and i still have nothing bad to say.

Swapped from paccar to x15. This is the only shop I will ever go to again. They are amazing. Friendly fast affordable. Best experience I’ve had, when dealing with repairs.

Parts are easily available but they charge almost the same amount as of new ones. Just $10 cheaper than a new part does not make it payless. I would rather but a brand new part from the dealers and pay them the original amount.Its not payless. Maybe you should not mislead people with your company name.

emailed them the part i requested and they contacted me right away fair and honest price , first time i have used there service and it appears it wont be the last time i am always looking for parts for my pre emission trucks

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We are way out in Toronto, On but were able to get correct part at very fair price from them. They had also helped us finding shipping/del services.Will use this place again if needed.

Paymore truck parts most expensive in lower mainland parts are basically same price as new
