I love working with organizations like Polo Park Hearing Center. The team at Polo Park Hearing Center care about their clients. They consistently model a humanitarian approach in all their interactions. They went above and beyond for an employee of mine by ensuring he received the hearing aids he needed. The staff came in on their day off to try to get him his hearing aids before Christmas. When his molds were lost in the mail, they sent out for new ones immediately. Rarely do you see service like this, in this day and age. They helped change his life and he can hear!!! Absolutely fantastic people who care about their community. Highly recommend.

Polo Park Hearing Centre
I went for a free hearing test due to some concerns I had and they were able to get me in quickly. The audiologist I saw was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything we were doing and went over the results afterwards, making suggestions and recommendations. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place!

Polo Park Hearing Centre
One of my mom's hearing aids got damaged - the tube broke. This is one of the few (only?) places I could find that was open on Saturday. They replaced the tube and put in a new battery (without me asking) at no charge, and were very quick and kind - amazing!

My husband has gone to Polo Park Hearing for many years and from day one has had the most outstanding service and has enjoyed the most friendly staff and most understanding staff as difficulty in hearing can create frustrating times ! He is so happy to have this team of professionals allow him to have the hearing he has lost ! Bouquets to Rita , Candace , and Lesley for allowing him to hear again !

Went today for the free hearing test and was very impressed. Very professional and friendly staff. Not atall pushy when it comes to selling unlike some places.I will definitely be recommending polo park hearing centre to all my friends and family.
