My stylist Robert was AMAZING! What an amazing job he did on my long thick hair, it was down to my waist and was tough to work with! I was a bit disappointed that I wasn’t asked the questions I usually am asked before booking hair appts such as how long is your hair? How thick? So they can give us a better price point. I was not asked any of these questions, I decided to call back myself as someone who has worked at a salon before to check my appt and just saying to them on the phone hey just so you know my hair is very long I’m looking for a lot off on the length and it’s very thick. She estimated this at $141- which I knew was not true from my experiences before. It was almost over $300 and Robert saw how I was dumbfounded at first and took a bottle of hair dye off my order. Very amazing place to go friendly staff and management and I will be going back. Just check on your prices and give them details they may not ask.

Clean and tidy salon. Wasn’t very impressed with my hair stylists though. She was very rough with my hair and yanked quite hard. Was worried my scalp was going to be ripped off

Having a hair stylist with experience, listens, is accommodating but can guide/recommend and provide you with the best look is the most comforting experience a client can have. I feel confident and reassured every time Robert cuts and colours my hair. He has a great balance of making me feel comfortable, not rushed and a knack/and delivers with great customer service. I am happy to recommend Robert as an excellent hair stylist!

BLONDES BEWARE!! Didn’t leave my highlights in long enough and instead for the cool white colour I always get, I’m stuck with brassy, yellow hair that looks awful. Contacted them 16 days after they did it (because I wanted to wash my hair a few times first) and they said they only honour fixing within 14 days, then sarcastically hung up on me.

The girl( Lauren i think)didn't speak a word throughout the 1 hour I was there- not even courtesy sake how my day was or anything. The haircut was dissappointing.. anybody who looked at it said didn't see any layers and it ws dry. The only solace was the manicurist. Lovely lady and kept me entertained. Never going back for haircut.

I’m so glad that Robert is back doing what he does best…styling. I have been a long standing client of his and cannot say enough good things about his styling, cut and color. He knows exactly what to do and does what you ask. I would highly recommend him as a stylist, especially if you have had bad luck before with a stylist, or if you are looking for something new. He’s the man. Thank you again Robert!

The hair cut was fine, but I didn't like the attitude of the person who did my hair cut. I will visit again but will prefer another hairstylist. I told the same to the staff at the front desk.

I had the pleasure of Robert to do my hair. He took his time and provided great service! It’s been along time since I’ve been so happy with my new hairstyle and colour. I just love it! I had colour, a couple foils and cut. He will definitely be my new hairstylist!I’ve had many compliments! Most time when I get my hair done no one notices.
