After a failed attempt with a different doctor, Dr. Rooprai fixed my ingrown toenails! This clinic was very clean and all staff was very kind, caring and professional.Could not ask for better services. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

Amazing receptionist! Super friendly and very sweet and funny. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and safe. The environment is clean and quiet. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable! He also had a very friendly personality and a great sense of humour. I learned so much from him and truly felt like I was amongst friends all while being treated professionally and politely. I highly recommend this wonderful clinic! Too bad doctors and medical staff isn't like that everywhere.

Went for Planter Fasciitis. The doctor provided some printout copy for stretching and suggested icing. The doctor is knowledgeable but he forcefully asked me to buy the orthopedic shoes for $595 even though he didn't allow me to think about it. I cancelled the order but they still charged me $125 for casting and $75 for consultation...

I've been coming to the foot health clinic for a number of years. Great service all the time. From the pleasant and courteous customer service provided by the office staff, to the professionalism and care that Dr. Rooprai provides. I've never had a bad experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

So grateful to have met Dr. Ajai. He was very professional in helping my Family with orthotics and ingrown nails surgeries. We are beyond pleased with his efforts and professionalism. The receptionist is friendly the office is clean and appointments are on time. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their feet.

The chiropodist is knowledgeable, however also forceful, and bedside manner could be improved (he consistently interrupts patients). For example, he removed calluses from my feet without explaining what he was doing prior to; I inferred it from the set up. He made impressions of my feet without disclosing prices, to which I was surprised at the front. The front desk is very pleasant and caring.

I was very satisfied with the clinic preparation and the skills demonstrated by AJ .Follow up appointments were scheduled and followed.Iwll continue to recommend this clinic without hesitation. I went for the treatment of wart, the doctor was good initially, but during my last visit, he was extremely rude.The receptionist gave me an excuse of him being very busy during these hours and asked me to send an email. Well… I booked an appointment a month ago during my last visit and paid $280 for my treatment for 4 visits. I wanted a better treatment and money was not an issue. There was no apology whatsoever.It is an expensive place with unprofessional team.

My experience has been nothing but positive since I have been a patient of Ajai!! Prior to seeing Ajai I dreaded my twice a month appointments and would cancel if I was too anxious but now I look forward to the relief my treatment provides. Ajai is very caring and professional. Wish I had been treated by him all the years before. The office staff are very friendly and professional and the biggest reason I continued seeing my previous chiropodist. Ajai is the most delightful doctor I have ever met.Paediatricians especially could do well by taking lessons from him for bedside manners as he has been wonderful with our children.There is no pressure to buy any product or service, just honesty about what is really needed, coupled with smiles and and manners far above what one too often sees across the medical profession.
