Mian and the rest of the staff are incredible to deal with. From picking out the product, giving recommendations and all in between, he has been wonderful to work with. I have been to many other flooring places and Hardwood Design Centre could not be beat. The customer service and price are phenomenal.

Hardwood design centre Hamilton carries a variety of tiles, hardwood and other stuff.It’s recently visited the Hamilton location and bought vinyl flooring.Their price is extremely competitive and the staff is wonderful.We received an awesome series from Mr.Mian Tanveer. He is knowledgeable and suggests good products at a very competitive price.I strongly recommend if you need anything like this get expert advice from Mian Tanveer.

I was really impress by the salesperson by the name of Mian, who assisted me in finding the right product of engineered hardwood. Which I really like in my house blends in with my furnishings. I definitely will come again for the future purchases.

I was able to find Vinyl floor for my basement which was quite difficult task, other stores were unsuccessful in helping me to find this particular product. However the very friendly Sales Manager Mian made my task that easy. I would recommend him to others.

3rd time purchasing from here and all have been a great experience. Every ordered and arrived in a timely manner on. Mian helpful, patient and very courteous.

I regret buying our Vinyl here and I would advise other people to stay away from them, their policy doesn't make sense and now I know why they made such a useless policy because they dont sell. I bought some vinyl for my living area and passage area but what I choose wasnt what was delivered and I called to change it but I was told they cant accept it anymore, the vinyl made my house to look so horrible and I am not happy with what I purchased, they make you or will I say they force their product on you. Now each time I sight my floor, I get so hangry and I so much regret patronizing them, if I had gone to buy my vinyl in home depot and other big store, they will never force what I dont like on me, this people are only after money and not after customer satisfaction. I will never encourage my worse enemy to patronize them, now I know I have wasted $3k purchasing what I dont like because they wont accept it back and I now have to go and get another flooring somewhere else. If you dont want to deal with headache and hash customer service, avoid them, you will only end up regretting. To even think they dont have varieties of colours and pattern is the worse, save your money and better buy in big stores, I would rather pay more to be satisfied in other big stores.i have never felt this bad before, you can imagine forcing you to buy what you dont like, how would you feel seeing such everyday in your house, you feel horrible right? I wish someone had advised me to avoid them in the first instance, I would have saved my money.Your money is only what they are after, immediately they sell to you, they are not always willing to help. Horrible store!!!
