Real Canadian Superstore Highland Road
The barriers they have put up since this inflation/cost of living crisis are pretty insulting as a regular customer. It feels like they are deciding that all their patrons are thieves who can't be trusted and really makes the grocery store look like a prison. For some reason they also hide all the small carts so you have to take those massive SUV sized carts when you just need a few items. I do love their huge Joe Fresh section. Its the only full one in the region.

Real Canadian Superstore Highland Road
Our preferred destination for groceries as a family is this massive store with an extensive selection of products. One reason why I particularly enjoy shopping here is that it's never overly crowded, even on weekends. Unlike other Real Canadian Superstores, the shopping carts are unlocked and don't require a loonie.

I love this grocery store! But I definitely didn’t have a good experience with curb side pick up! They had like 8 hours to prepare my order and as a busy mama we all know if we need “express” waiting over 40 minutes in a parking spot isn’t going to cut it.…….... :(

The store is fine if you go in to shop, but don't try to do curbside pickup. I tried doing pickup 3 times (to give them the benefit of the doubt) and all three times I was waiting for more than half an hour for them to bring it out. When they finally brought out the order it was missing more than half of the items on all 3 occasions. They said it was because the items weren't in stock, but I went in and found every item on the shelf all 3 times. Pickup at this location is a waste of time.

This location needs improvement on the outside of the building!!! As you can see by the photos. At the entrance to this grocery store there is no longer pandemic protocols??? Hello people the pandemic is still out there!!! What is the protocol on sanitation and Sanitation of the grocery Carts??? There is 1 word I would like to use. It is PREVENTION!!! Just because the pandemic has been lifted does not mean it has disappeared prevention should still be followed regardless!!! Your location got 4 stars which was generous of myself the next time it might drop if nothing is done on the said above mentioned items!!!
