We bought our Sany excavator from RDM last year and can't say enough good things about the service that we received since then.Initially we were concerned about being far from their location, but despite being over 400 km away, they responded immediately to our service call and it was all covered under warranty.Will, their service manager did an excellent job communicating with us and resolving the problem. We will definitely return for future needs.
