Giant Montréal

This place is awful.I’m not sure who’s astroturfing the reviews here but we’ve only had poor experiences.The first time, several years ago, we weren’t allowed to try the bikes - they almost didn’t want us to touch them so we left and bought from a shop down the street.Fast forward a few years, to the great bikening of the pandemic and we gave them another shot. Sure they’ve improved?Initial sales experience was great but after that it was terrible. They didn’t have the bike ready on multiple occasions for which they promised and didn’t care one bit that was the case; excuse on hand for every time. Even the time they totally promised to do it right now; 4 days later, not ready.Please help them improve by spending your money elsewhere. It’s a sellers market these days so I know that’s hard, but still… not worth your time.

Great bikes with knowledgeable staff. Have bought three bikes here. Everything is pretty good. I would highly recommend this bike store to everyone.

Came here for the ITU triathlon worlds in June after my rear derailleur broke during my flight. These guys were very friendly and helpful! They also gave us some custom giant Montréal bottles, very chuffed with them!

They seldom answer their telephone and if you leave a message they don’t get back to you on a timely basis. I wanted to know if it was okay to bring my wife’s bike to the shop for a warranty issue so I left a message during business hours when the shop was open. Several hours later after not hearing back from them I posted a review to express our frustration. Shortly after that the owner called to say he was unhappy about the review.It was interesting to note that they didn’t have time to call us back but they did have time to go on the web and read the review. And it was doubly interesting to note that, when he finally did call, his first order of business was the review, and not the bike.When is comes to customer service this place needs to realign their priorities.

Great service! Bought an e-bike from online and they assembled it in a week. Very friendly and knows what they’re doing.

Excellent sales and service.We've bought two bikes there; both times they took the time to figure out what worked best for us, and to help with ordering a bike (which, unfortunately, can take some time these days -- ordered from Giant in March with original expected delivery in late May, finally arrived in early August -- but that's bike purchasing everywhere).They are really good with service. They take the time to answer questions, and give good advice on parts/repairs/maintenance.

Bought a new TCR here. The bike was ready to go on arrival. We did a quick fitting, a thorough explanation & demonstration of the new Di2 system was provided. I'm very satisfied with the level of service & patience Waldo provided.

I bought a giant mountain bike from this place about four years ago. My rear axle broke I called No answer no answer. So I decided to show app and ask if they had an axle for my bike. He said no he said to email him the information which I did. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard anything I kept calling No answer so at this point what I'm gonna do is remove the quick release and put in bolts because this is just unreal that I can't find the part and the store that I bought. The bike from won't even respond to me. I always had great experience here but this is just to much avoid this place there's a better place down the street on Victoria the guy went on the internet and found the piece for me he did admit it's a hard piece to find but it's available to order if you know what your looking for why couldn't giant do that for me avoid this place I'm never going back was gonna actually upgrade my bike I spent 2500 on my bike not spending another dime there.
