Saw an altercation near the on ramp to the 401. One of their employees was trying to steal a tire from a nearby truck that had lost it, and continued to assault a man trying to retrieve the tire for the broken down truck. Police showed up minutes later and directed the employee to leave. Not sure what their services are but I'm steering clear

This company is ridiculous. They are unresponsive to calls. Issues that are their responsiblity along our major highways go unaddressed. Better to call your local MP and MPP.

Why can't you people do road work at night when the roads are empty? Shutting down 3 of 4 lanes on highway 62 going into Belleville at 9am with school and work traffic is pretty stupid. Heaven forbid you lose .5% profit for having to pay your workers a night time premium. Ridiculous!

Horrible company. I was threatened by their drivers, and one of them whacked my car windshield with a shovel while I was inside. I had to call the police. There management doesn't care. Horrible company and one that endangers the lives of all drivers on the road.

I was stuck in the left side of the highway 11 after my tire blewout. Being a first time car owner and only having my g2 for 3 months I was terrified. One of their drivers pulled over, calmed me down a little bit and helped me cross over to the right side by stopping the traffic. Thanks so much to whoever you were. I didnt get to give him a proper thank you or get his name. But I really appreciate it.

Extremely rude customer service. I called because there was an injured animal on the QEW that looks like it was hit and causing people to swerve. The lady basically laughed and said they don't deal with animals, I proceeded to tell her it's causing traffic issues and it's dangerous and animal control already told me I need to contact EMCON since they aren't allowed to send people out onto the highways themselves... then I was hung up on. Horrible customer service!!!!!

Very un organized, management never communicates with the hands on employees well, management is pleasant, they never yell which is a plus, always politically correctManagement gets all the best of the equipment and the people who does the real work get the half worn out equipment, no AC in trucks , work trucks burning loads of oil, trucks are filthy inside as a few employees make it bad for the rest

If you are here reading reviews, it is likely because one of their meth-head employees pretended to be the from the ministry of transportation and attacked you for roadside scrap or your own car parts. These guys are highway criminals, cops dont want the paperwork and will chalk the incident up as a 'misunderstanding'. If one of them approaches you, be prepared to defend yourself with force.

Employees urinate in public parking lots, and *purposely* make themselves nuisance to other people using carpool lots.They plowed in my vehicle on several occasions, and seem to have some sense of entitlement or ownership over the carpool lot..They think they can park their trucks wherever they want even if it blocks your vehicle in.Employees are extremely rude and condescending, even when initially approached with kindness.I've seen more professionalism in a 12 year old..

Got rear ended by their snow plow at a red light. Driver was very rude and refused to give me their information. Then agreed to follow me to parking lot, but immediately drove away. Basically it was a hit and run.
