It’s so true once you paid and you’re ready for it to be shipped it’s the worst customer service. The shipping department have some difficult characters. Even though I felt like cutting all ties. Areen came along and made everything better. She is truly amazing. She is the glue and pillar of Euro Tile.

Until you place your order you will be treated and serviced great well, after you pay for your order that’s when it will be bad.Placed an order for a full bathroom and I didn’t arrange any pick up as my construction is still going on, two weeks later I called the store to cancel my order as the work got delayed for few months due to inspection correction and that’s when they refused to cancel my order unless they deduct 20% of the total amount for as they said restocking fee! And when I explained that I haven’t picked up or arranged to pick up my order and that my order is still sitting on your shelves and that no restoring is required they still refused to give me back my money unless they deduct 20% of the total amount of $4300!After talking with few people there they put the fee down to 10% or else I have to pick up the tiles within 2 weeks or I loose it all.I do not recommend.Thanks

Beautiful showroom with a wide variety of products. Love that the washrooms have signs telling you which products are used. All products indicate price which is super helpful when walking around. Visited with a product rep who was very knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic. Great experience.

The only place in Ottawa to shop for luxury tiles ! Areen was amazing from design ideas to efficient pick to install ideas. Highly recommend visiting their beautiful showroom…. A candy store for design lovers

We bought a huge amount of tile. It was laid down by a professional company. Once the grout was washed off and the floor cleaned it was very apparent there was a problem: some tiles had a more glossy finish than others. I went to look to them for a solution—their response by Andrew that works at the back desk: a tile laid is a tile paid" and that we should have looked at the packaging! Not cool."

Meant to write this weeks ago, but my partner and I were there in June and we have to say that Emily was fantastic! We highly recommend her to anyone else looking for someone that went above and beyond to help with our tile selection! Unfortunately, we had some decisions to make and couldn't purchase at that time, but she guided us expertly, coming up with a wonderful selection to suit our personalities, lifestyle, and was someone who actually cared! We can't wait to return with our chosen favorites, all credit to Emily, and deal with such a kindhearted professional again!! Ask for Emily if you want to deal with the best!!

I bought tiles for the backsplash of my kitchen reno. The tiles are absolutely stunning and I was even happier with the service I received. I went to the showroom twice to browse, Madison helped me both times and was attentive, helpful, and made really great suggestions.I needed an extra box after the fact too because I wasn't sure I bought enough and Madison helped facilitate me buying this over the phone very easily. She also called me several times to give me timing updates about my order (meaning I never had to follow-up as I always had all the info I needed!).I had a great overall experience with Euro Tile & Madison especially - she was wonderful throughout!

This place has a huge amount of quality, imported tiles at deep discounts. I got all my bathroom tiles here.It can be overwhelming when you walk in, so take a stroll through all the aisles first then focus in on what you're looking for.But what really makes this place great is the team working there. From the guys who help you load the tiles, to the service staff, to the manager...they are courteous, professional and extremely helpful.it was a great shopping experience.

What a place! Beautiful and organized.For my needs: well stocked, knowledgeable staff, chill and professional vibe. I feel much more confident moving ahead with my project, as they are easy, helpful and competent.Addendum: Again I must say, these folk are so helpful and competent, each time I go. Recently, a fine woman set me up with some gorgeous tiles for my foyer. She set me up entirely: correct #of tiles, complimentary coloured grout, proper adhesive, sealer and transition moulding. Her calm and thoughtful demeanor did not immediately show her competence, but indeed she did knew her stuff, very well! Thank you.Now, I must say, I have experienced a slowdown at the receiving door in behind, a couple of times. I hope they have this sorted out the next time I go.Might be prudent to add in a lot of extra time to your schedule. Bring something to do while waiting.I had to beg and plead with the guy to release my order, that was sitting on a pallet right in front of us!I've actually become nervous to go back. Sorry gang but I've decided to drop my review from 5x⭐to 4x⭐,Only because of the loading dock situation.March 25, '22Again I return, and find these folk at my service. I needed technical help from Andrew, who was just sitting down to a meeting as I arrived. However he graciously stepped away from his meeting to give me two minutes of his valuable time and experience. Thanks mate. Thanks for the support.
