I'd advise anyone to not deal with the headache that is Williamvilles Property Management. Company never returns phone calls or emails and their offices seem to always be closed - this is me trying to rent from them btw. Imagine how you'll be treated when actually a tenant.Pity, cuz they have some nice properties, but management really sucks

No one will EVER return your calls, property management is non existent

This is the worst place to rent EVER. Williamsville properties management is quite honestly by far the most irresponsible condo management team I’ve ever seen. Move in with the unit not being ready, the entire building is still not ready after 8 months. Never reply emails, never answer phone calls, never fix your problem. Avoid.

Probably the worst place to ever rent from. The landlords are useless and once you sign the lease, they will just ignore your emails and phone calls. I moved out in April and never got my key deposit back so not only do they not respond back, they also just take your money. DO NOT RENT HERE!

The property manager, Gabriel has been prompt in responding to my questions and requests. So far, Gabriel has not yet disappointed me. In fact, I am very impressed with his prompt services. Thank you very much Gabriel, I really appreciate all your efforts.

Beautiful place to live and excellent property management !

My son and his girlfriend live here and they've had nothing but problems from the start. Extremely hard to get hold of anyone when a problem comes up which leaves the issues unresolved for months. The latest is no heat in the apartment (despite utilities included) I would avoid this place and move on to a location where the property management staff care more about their tenants. Try to get reviews from other tenants as well. Guarantee you will get the same feedback! It seems like I can't post without selecting a star, so I've selected one but in my opinion this place isn't even worth 1 star! Property Management - here's your opportunity to reach out so we can discuss this further but I'm not holding my breathe.

Horrible management, never responds to emails, impossible to contact, provided our power company with the incorrect tenant information which would have cut off our power if I hadn't intervened. They still charged full price for rent even though the promised facilities were unavailable. Didn't have access to our balcony until almost a year into our rent. If I could rate less than one star, I would.

I never write reviews, but this is quite possibly the worst property management team in the world, and that is not an exaggeration. A bunch of elementary school kids could run a property management team better. As someone already mentioned, I would give this place -5 stars as well.They will lie to you, they will not respond to you, they will take your money and hope you don't bother inquiring. If you want examples, feel free to email me; they probably monitor these reviews and will look for ways to withhold my deposits, so I do not want to post them publicly. After I move out in August and get my deposits back, I will update with examples.One of the alarm bells is the fact that if you try to search them up, there is no direct contact info for anybody associated with the management team, apart from a generic info" email. What company nowadays does not have a single one of their executives even mentioned on their main webpage?There's a lot more to hate about this property management team. My sister and I spent a heavenly evening at this very charming hotel in October. The service was impeccable, the food was so delicious and the bartender certainly knows how to make a very tasty cocktailThe room was beautifully decorated and the bed was so cozy I didn’t want to leave itA special thanks to Shawn who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortableI will certainly be returning to this lovely hotel during my next stay in Kingston. What a gem.
