Win Nails

Expensive, my nails never come out how I want them I feel they just rush your nails. The reason they have a bunch of 5 star reviews recently is because they offer you 10% off if you write one and ask you to do it right away and the girl clicks on the 5 star for you. I came back to change my review with a more correct rating…. They may have got a star or two more but since they are forcing 5 star reviews they lost a couple stars

The service was pleasant but the quality of the product was not the best. I got gel nails and it hadn't even been a week when the nail polish started chipping off.

I see sue and her girls once a month for a spa pedicure with gel polish and nail extensions solar gel. It lasts and never chips. Very strong! The girls do a wonderful job at making you feel special and relaxed. I always get compliments on my funky nail designs. I really enjoy Win Nails and will refer them to everyone, everytime! Thanks ladies!

I absolutely love coming to Win Nails in Sutton! The ladies are all very nice and welcoming. They accomodate you as best they can and always ensure you get what you want and are happy with the result. When I'm looking for some relaxing me time,y first thought is to come in for a spa pedicure! The hot rocks and hot towels they use are glorious. I have been going to Win Nails for the past 3 years and they are the best! Wendy has been doing my gel nails and pedicures and she is incredible! She spends a great deal making sure everything looks perfect. She’s very detailed and precise. All the staff at Win Nails are so friendly and welcoming. The spa is always clean and organized.Could not recommend anyone else but Win Nails! I would give a million stars!

I've tried most nail salons in Georgina. Win nails is consistent with their quality spa like pedicure. Heavenly treatment includes hot stone. They are very friendly and quick. I tried ombre today and it's beautiful. Highly recommend.

Super busy Thursday afternoon, still attentive and taking walkins with minimal wait. Clean and friendly. It is an assembly line setup and gets the job done. Had spa pedicure, $45, hot wax was awesome.

Every visit is always a wonderful experience at Win Nails. Everyone is so kind, nurturing, and extremely hospitable. They are always accommodating to walk in appointments and I always leave loving my nails :)

During just one appointment it was the worst nail experience ever. The lady doing my nails is snotty, rushy, rude, and inconsiderate. I came early and she was already rushing my nails and I asked politely if I could go get my phone across the room to show her my inspiration photos. She rushed me, sighed and said go get it, rudely. I showed her the inspiration photo and asked her if she had any colours similar to this one and she said the bins right there look in it. SO RUDELY. She snatched my hand so aggressive and uses a dull nail filer that was used on someone else. Disgusting. They also use the same foot filer. Even more gross. I didn’t say anything at this point because I knew she would be rude and I’m not into that. At the end of my appointment she told me to walk to the bank instead of using my card. Not sure if their ATM was working or if she wanted to be rude. Some other incidents happened but this is a long review already. Treat your clients politely Win Nails. Never coming back
