I have joined plan a year ago as I moved to the grey BruceIt’s a great company to work for.But management do not support us when there is a complaintWe always have to put us as agency with a lots of work stress from regular staff.I was being block from staff stat about 6 months ago to sign a warning letter . I did sigh it and no one has follow up with me since ..the staff and manager are not very generous and don’t treat us with respect at all …I’m always willing to work . And I was taken off don’t knows what is going on .Is this action called?

This is by far the best company I have every worked for. Currently employed for 3+ years and I am thrilled with my experience. Plan A only recruits the most reliable staff with compassion and skills in providing quality care. I am always treated with professionalism and kindness and am always told how appreciated I am. Would highly recommend to any long term care home or any healthcare professional who wishes to work somewhere where they will be compensated appropriately and treated fairly!
