Called five days in advance to book an appointment to move a car across town, they said it was ok and to phone them first thing in the morning the day of, which I did and got no answer, I called another five times throughout the hour and still no response and on a final call I believe I got hung up on, so would not recommend

when me and my cousin got stuck on a service road 1.5 hours away from port alberni with a flat we thought the weekend was over. lucky i called Levi at action towing first and not only did he drive all the way out onto a service road to pick us up, but he lined up a tire change that night! He is a super friendly and down to earth guy and we enjoyed talking on the tow ride back to port alberni. amazing service! and super fair pricing! could not recommend them enough if you find yourself in a jam like we were. (we made it out to Ucluelet the same night we planned and the weekend was a massive success thanks to Levi, much appreciated man).

My daughter's Grandpa had a stroke and was in the hospital. I had to get to Campbell River in a hurry. Unfortunately, my kiddo accidently locked my keys in my suv. Not only did he help me right away, he told me no charge and to have a better day. I would highly recommend Levi and his business. Thank you again so much for making my day a little less stressful and helping me out so fast.

Levi was great. Able to come immediately, friendly, courteous; I would definitely recommend tip: if the voice message says “It’s George” it’s still the right business until he gets the V/M changed :-)!
