My appointment was NOT confirmed as website booking says. You CANNOT get anyone to answer the phone when being forced to go through the central system! Very frustrating!!!!

Horrible service. I needed to get a FIT test kit and I phoned ahead to make an appointment. They said they don't make appointment for getting a test kit but I could just go there and get one. When I got there, there was only one Filipina tech in the lab and she would not serve me. She looked very stressed out and was super rude. She kept calling people who had an appointment and were waiting behind me to go in first. What a stupid setup! Eventually I left the place without a FIT test kit.

Let's face it, no one wants to get blood work done. But the 2 ladies working there today we're great! Very personable and sweet. I am not good with needles and they asked if I wanted to lay down and did a really good job of distracting me haha. I honestly didn't feel a thing. Thank you!!

I’ve never had any concerns over this lab. Appointment wait time of 3 weeks is pretty standard unless you go to a walk in. Only one staff member since the pandemic; they need to give her some help.

I believe I was helped by Bernadette and she was very friendly and helpful. This location is MUCH less busy than the one in Glenmore and you can book an appointment in advance which is great. It's a smaller location so limited people at a time which is also nice, the odd time maybe they are 5-10 min behind but nothing compared to the other labs. I was here for over an hour doing my diabetes test and the clients that came in were rude and awful and impatient which makes me feel for them even more. We are lucky to have this little lab in our community so hopefully people can be more kind and appreciative of people like Bernadette
