B&B Lawn and Garden

Thoroughly disappointed in this company. They charged us $500 cash last fall to replace a small patch of grass as well as removal of grubs. This year our grass was worse than last year! I called them and they did come and take a look but then wanted to charge me $275 to replace an even smaller area as they only warranty for one season, our warranty covered winter. I would not recommend this company as their customer service is horrible and they don't warranty their work for any suitable amount of time.

Kristen and her team were amazing. Hard working and very easy to talk to. I am glad we were able to book them this time of year! I appreciated that the crew kept asking if we loved it and made sure we were satisfied. Would use them again! Thank you to Kristen and her team !!

Fantastic service from Kristen and the whole crew.On time, super friendly and very professional.I am a very picky person to deal with and they crossed all the 'T's and dotted all the 'I's for me.They handled the sprinkler install through a sub contractor who was also very good.Kristen handled all my concerns and addressed anything that needed to be taken care of in a timely manner.They turned my yard that was in terrible shape into a gorgeous backyard.I am well pleased and would highly recommend B&B lawn and garden Inc.

Based on numerous recommendations, my husband contacted Kristen Barnes for a significant job that included new sod in our front and backyard. Kristen and her husband visited our house and seemed enthusiastic to take on the job, they described all sorts of ideas, and promised to get back to us later that evening with a quote. Sadly, this was on June 30th, and we never heard from them since. My husband has texted Kristen on her cell phone several, several times. She does not even have the courtesy to respond to him. If you guys were not able to take on this job, could you not have done the basic common courtesy of just replying to us and letting us know? I don’t think I’d recommend this business to anyone again. Not sure what their criteria is on picking and choosing certain jobs. You guys are frequently posting photos of other local jobs you have completed, all while ignoring our inquiries for your estimate. We were prepared to pay any amount. So unprofessional and overall lack of customer service.

Kristin and her team at B&B Lawn and Garden sodded our front lawn and levelled the area around the tree. They did an amazing job. Everyone on the team were kind, polite and worked hard. The quality of work is amazing and they provided helpful aftercare instructions. So glad we went with an amazing Milton company.

B & B Landscaping just completed patio stone landscaping in our backyard and side yard walkway. To say that we were impressed would be an understatement; Bobby and his crew were on time, reasonably priced and worked so professionally. They cleaned up after themselves throughout the day and were one of the hardest working and cleanest crews I have ever had working in our home. We cannot recommend their services enough and we were so happy with their work and the professionalism they demonstrated, we will 100% be hiring them for future jobs! Call Bobby and his crew if you want a great deal and a wonderful finished landscape - you won't regret it!

To be honest, it took awhile this spring to get ahold of the owner, but when Kristen finally responded she was professional, kind and really listened to what we wanted done. I can only imagine how busy landscaping is this time of year. I'm so glad we picked b and b. Their crews worked hard and had us laughing. We will be booking them early for next year!

The B&B team was great. They came out for a quote, and after discussing with them what was needed to fix our backyard problem they gave their suggestion and later that night a quote. During this time other landscaping teams were give outrageous quotes because COVID has everyone wanting to fix their property up. I get that, but eh B&B guys gave an actual reasonable quote and they showed up on time with what seemed like an army! They were done within the day, and they even swept up the street to keep the mess to a minimum. Can't say enough good things about this local small business!

My family was very happy with the service, the care and attention that was given to my lawn, the advice to me and the final work that was done. B&B was professional from start to finish, and their work was done very well. They delivered on all that they promised. Will definitely be calling them back.

Words cannot express how happy I am with the B&B Lawn and Garden Team! From start to finish, our garden project exceeded our expectations. Let's start with this: Client Service 10/10. Quality of Service: 10/10. Client Satisfaction: 11/10. Return Client for Future Projects: You betcha! From the plants chosen (I left it up to Kristen and her team after spamming her with images and my thoughts - she didn't mind at all!! :)), to the stones used, we are now the house in the neighbourhood everyone is admiring! Thank you again for your hard work, dedication to our vision, and overall friendliness. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to bring our garden back from death row. From the overgrown plants that got a nice quarantine trim, the expired plants that needed to retire (i.e. completely removed - there were several!), the cedar trees who are healthy again, the new plants which look happy as can be, the stones which are saving the garden, and myself and the hubby, we THANK YOU ALL!! *Please ignore the grass. That's their next project ;)* P.S. you really cannot beat the price for the quality of service!
