I am impressed.I was sceptical about being sent to a collision shop of the insurance companies choice. Assured Hamilton Mountain has friendly and professional staff that immediately built my confidence that they will take care of my car and are not in the back pocket of the insurance. John Carbone was able to change my way of thinking instantly during my initial 20 minute visit. Not only do I now recommend Assured Hamilton Mountain, I will return if the need ever arises.

I've not been in an accident for several decades and being client centric myself, this was an outstanding experience from first contact to picking up my repaired car and dropping off the rental. They cleaned my interior after the winter months which I so appreciated! They were friendly, informative/detailed, accommodating, and the whole process was stress free and completed before the projected time frame. I have never had to go through an experience like this before but through my insurance company, I was directed to Assured Automotive.Everything was arranged, as I needed a rental as well as the repairs to my vehicle . It was ready before I expected it and they cleaned the inside as well as did a great job on the exterior repairs. I was very impressed with the service and the staff. Very caring group of people.

Had a back bumper on Mazda 3 repaired. it had 3 small cracks from backing into an icey snow bank. Bumper was repaired and looks like new. Fast turnaround. Will def offer this place my business again, should I be unfortunate enough to need auto body work again.

Avoid these scammers. My insurance company had me go here for repairs due to an accident that was no fault of mine. $500 deductible was all i had to pay they said. Went to pickup my car and Assured told me it was $2100. Assured said i had to deal with my insurance company to get the price promised. Insurance company told me Assured filled out the paperwork wrong. Not sure if they were both in on some sort of fraud. I had to fight fight fight to get the $500 payment. Pretty sure it was Assured who was doing the scamming. Some of the parts they replaced they charged 10 times what I could have bought them for myself. Assured also charged for parts that were not even replaced. My insurance company launched an investigation into Assured Automotive. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. You can be Assured they will rip you and your insurance company off.

Had to repair a scratch on my tailgate, got 2 quotes agreed on a price/time frame and two days later picked up my car.Colour matched perfectly and impossible to find the scratch but the professional service/guarantee well worth the choice.Highly recommend.

Took my vehicle in for some minor work, the staff were amazing to deal with, the paint work was flawless and my car was really shiny and clean when I picked up my truck. Not to mention the quick turn around to accommodate me as I was paying on my own with rental. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future(hoping I won’t no offence)

Mary and Marko provided us with great information and phenomenal service. They offered a fair price to replace a rear tail-light and as a bonus Marko helped fix a dent in our bumper at no extra charge!Highly recommend Assured Automotive - Upper James !
