On kijiji, in several of your ads ads, there are only stock fake photos of the condos. This company doesn't see the value in posting photos of the real unit for rent. As a customer, I need to see photos of the home I'm buying, not animated photos of what the condo 'could' look like. Seems like this goes without saying. Strange company.

This brokerage assisted me with finding my new home, in 2015, and I am currently working with them to find my next home. The broker arranged for me to view several listings, before i finallly found one that i fell in love with. The broker met me at every location, on time, and was professional throughout. He was patient, and never 'pushy'. Since first dealing with this broker, he has made a 'point of contact' (newsletter, Father's Day Wishes, followup emails, Holiday Greetings), at least every 3 months. When it came time to choose who would assist me in finding my next home, there was no question who I was going to deal with.

I don’t recommend dealing with this brokerage. I had a bad experience with one of their agents, called John Paskaris.He is a cheater and a manipulative. He represents my current landlord. He was dishonest and hid important information during the renting process of the main level of a detached house in Scarborough. The basement is a walk-out and rented by another tenant. The crucial thing he lied about is that the house got two furnaces and that every tenant get to control his own atmosphere. How funny!
