Edit: July 6th: Can't even count to 10, also can't even tell which car pulls up to the drive thru first, fries are not salted and cold. Refuses to pick up the phone.Orders are wrong 50% of the time, they serve walkers in the drive through, their debit goes down constantly (only for drive thru yet somehow works inside). I tell them they mess up my order and they never seem to care. Drive thru wait times can be ridiculous at times with waiting upwards of 20 minutes with only 3 cars in the drive thru.

This locations morning staff are top tier they didn't have espresso but were fast to compensate with the refund. Great service all round and the coffee and food didn't feel like it was just slapped on

Came here for some snack and ordered two Iced coffee with extra cream and sugar but they gave us 1 with exact order but the other 1 is different. Complained that its not the same but still gave us different drink.

This location is really great in the morning. Their coffee is awesome and the food is always hot when you get it. This afternoon, I came in for a mcdouble and a junior chicken plain (they go great together ❤️) but the food wasn't hot( warm at best) and my junior chicken looked like it got dropped in the fryer more than a few times. They replaced it with another burger, but that was warm only as well. Just saying, if the food is hot on one shift and not the same on the next shift, that raises some questions. Any who, the morning has great service. The afternoon is meh. Just a heads up

This location is HORRIBLE at getting customers who pull up to the drive-thru and order 9 of everything off the menu, to pull off to the side and wait for their order.Instead they sit at the window for 10 + mins waiting for their order. Meanwhile the customers behind them, just ordered a coffee, but has to sit in the line and wait and cars are lined up out of the parking lot !

I’m very disappointed with this McDonald’s. My wife and I love their ice cream, but they have been out of it for two days in a row. We went there twice, hoping to get some, but they always said they had a machine problem. How hard is it to fix a machine or get a new one? My wife was so upset that she cried in the car. She said it was the only thing that made her happy these days and when she's not happy, I cannot be either. This is unacceptable. I don’t think we will ever go back to this McDonald’s again. They have lost loyal customers.

One of the worst services. Wait 10 mins in the so call 'any lane any time` while 4 other cars got serviced I had to go to the window to place my order.The manager was not apologetic at all.

I thought their service was getting better. I was absolutely wrong. They need to fire the entire staff and hire some people who are competent to some degree. Absolutely the worst McD's location in the LMD.

For the last 2 years this mcdonalds has been my local go to spot. In the last year the customer service has gone from tolerable to absolutely disgusting. From the verbal attitude given by drive thru staff at any time of day to the complete disregard for customers and customer service inside the restaurant. This location is by far the worst representation of the business I have ever had the misfortune of stepping foot into. Speaking to managers you quickly understand where the regular staff get the audacity to treat people the way that they do. The lack of professionalism shown by staff at this location and sheer disgregar for customer service has myself and plenty of other locals to take our business elsewhere.
