Came Sunday for brunch took so long for a server to show up took drink order came back 20 mins later with water. By that time it was 10 min to 2 told us we couldn't order brunch. We order lunch and didn't get it till 2 59. Food was good but took 20 min for whole tables food to come. Party of 8 but very disappointed

Ordered yorkshire appie. Meal was served cold with very daily beef. Very little gravy so we ordered more and had to pay additional. Mentionednthis to the server, who passed the information on to the manager, however he did not feel the need to talk to us about it. 35.00 for a very disappointing meal. I have had this previous years and it was delicious. Will not return

First time there and I will be returning! View is beautiful on the deck, food was amazing and our server who I believe her name was Autumn was such a sweetheart. She did an amazing job considering it was so busy. So friendly. I will be returning and bring friends with me

Only reason I am given this place 5 is the food is good . But in all my life I have never seen a manager/ management treat their employees so poorly. I have never seen front of house management treat their bartenders/ servers so poorly. The lack of support I noticed for front of house is terrible and unprofessional. Yes I have worked in many establishments and own a businesses I two countries and I would never treat my employees this way very disrespectful . This has nothing with the server’s/ bartenders they are great this has to do with lack of support from management seems like they use bullying tactics. I was watching this all happen while having lunch the other week.

I came here for their Mother’s Day brunch this May. The food was good, hot and enjoyable, but I couldn’t say it was fantastic. The service was quite good and my fabrotite was their omelettes and Eggs Benedict they made at the breakfast bar.I would suggest the following to improve upon large brunches.1) Greet enthusiastically- the man at the front who welcomed us was very brisk and short, we all commented on it. I imagine it was a busy and stressful day for him but a smile never goes amiss.2) Salt and pepper at the tables. Some of the food tasted very unseasoned to me and I would have enjoyed the option of salt on my eggs or hashbrowns.3) More options for dessert. There were those Costco brownies that everyone likes, and a lavender crème brûlée that I don’t think anyone ate at our table. I think it should have been dyed more purple or given another flavour because it was a very unappetizing grey colour.I would come back to this restaurant and try again. I’m less certain if I would return for a big brunch.

I was extremely disappointed by both the quality of service and food offered at the Peppered Elk tonight. Servers blatantly ignoring our group and the food itself took over an hour to come to the table. When the food arrived it was incorrect and cold. I have to say I have given this restaurant multiple chances but with tonight being the ultimate turn off I will choose to spend my money elsewhere. As an establishment in partnership with a golf course i think you should do better.

It's a great place to eat. The food is awesome, and the view from the terrace is spectacular. I imagine the golf is pretty good as well.

Came here for the first time on the way home from Calgary. Beautiful view from the patio and wonderful service. Food was excellent, great portions and came quickly. Can't say enough good things---a real hidden gem!

We had our first staff function in over 2 years and the Peppered Elk did not disappoint. Food was fabulous - 5 course meal with wine pairing. Service was awesome. Served 40 people and everything was hot and cooked to perfection. Thank you for an awesome evening.

The Peppered Elk
We were looking for a unique place to go for dinner and a friend suggested we go here. We were not disappointed. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was very good and they had flights of Caesars and Mules, which was fun to try. We ate on the patio which overlooks the Golf Course and the surrounding hills. It was very relaxing and scenic in the evening light. The overall experience was very enjoyable. It is the kind of place that would be nice to go with friends or visiting relatives. We will be going back to try more of their menu.
