I found the inspection very thorough. It was explained page by page, in a way that I could understand. Really loved the drone images of the roof where it can sometimes be tricky with snow and accessibility challenges. Would highly recommend!

I recently purchased by first home and had Caleb complete the inspection prior to finalizing the sale. He was very personable and communicated in a timely manner. In terms of the inspection, he was very thorough and provided a detailed report with photos the same day of the inspection. Additionally, he took the time to go through the report and any areas in the home that may be of concern in the future. I would recommend him if you're looking to have an inspection completed!
