Samantha is wonderful. Been cleaning for us now for 3 months. Always arriving with a smile and accommodating our situation with grace. Highly recommend this company and if you get Samantha then you really lucked out.

My partner and I booked moving out related cleaning with Maid Clean Services. The long and short of it is the cleaning was somewhat below our expectations. The service from the owner even more so. I want to write as an objective a review as possible regarding outcomes - although I am skeptical the owner will be able to take this in stride despite a commitment to improving her service and taking feedback but here goes. I initially chose this company because I thought their move out cleaning checklist was very thorough. It was (at least I hoped) clear what you were going to get. Lee-Ann came over and did a on-site inspection and confirmed that the cleaning was going to take about 3 hours and would cost the same as she originally quoted. Great. The day of the clean arrives. Our cleaner was Elizabeth. For all intents and purposes, she did an overall great job. I would like to make it clear that I never blamed her for the state of the apartment after. The clean did take 2.5 hours before more than allotted (3) but if that was how long it was going to take, I would accept. And I did. On the whole, she had good attention to detail. Even as she was leaving, she caught an area she missed. I praised her for a good eye. When I came to do the inspection, I was disappointed to see that inside of the oven was not clean at all. I asked her if she had cleaned it. Elizabeth explained she did wipe but it's the way it is because she was not equipped with strong enough cleaner. I thought this made sense and could find no reason to fault her if that's what the company equips her with. Why get angry at her? I later found out it's because this company is supposedly a natural cleaner company and they don't make strong enough cleaners for ovens that have not been cleaned for a long time (though you would hope with this type of service, there would have been a way to get it clean). So, I took my grievance to Lee-Ann. I wanted to provide options that felt fair to me as a client that paid for results. Either a) someone can return (time permitting) with strong enough cleaner or b) I would accept a discount. I would have preferred a) but thought it was fair to provide b) if it was just not possible to send someone out. Especially since the service was not 100% met. I was further disappointed when Lee-Ann responded to my email. She did not accept a discount option. I understood that because they are a small, local business and labour is labour. But what I found really disappointing about her service is that she shifted the blame to us to say that we should have prepped the oven to make it easier to clean. With the exception of ensuring stuff doesn't prevent the cleaner from getting to where they need to be, what cleaning requires the client to pre-prep/clean something for cleaning? That's not even the most appalling part. It's that we were not told to prep the oven. If we had been told, then sure we could have taken the opportunity to make it easier on the cleaner. But not only did we not receive this instruction but then the owner tries to shift the blame onto the client by citing how dirty the home is. We lived there 5 years. Of course it's going to be dirty. We wouldn't be booking a cleaning service if it was clean.Reasons why I gave stars: Elizabeth got most of the job done (especially happy about the fridge)Reasons for loss in stars: Inside of oven wasn't clean (a major appeal of the service), lack of customer service from Lee-Ann.In future, if Lee-Ann is interested in feedback and is genuinely committed to improving, I would love to see Lee-Ann better prep clients if she needs them to be more involved in her services. This review is not to say don't use Maid Clean because they may work for you. Please continue to use them if they have been satisfactory for you or seem to fit your needs. I'm not here to shut down a business. However, it is a transparent and cautionary review for those who may experience the same without enough transparency and proactivity from the business owner. Personally, I am not likely to book a service here again.

Liz has done a very thorough and great cleaning for us. She is pleasant and had us check her work before leaving. The blinds and baseboards were even cleaned. We are thrilled to have her work in our home.

I was hosting a BBQ and panicking because my house was a mess. Although it was short notice, Maid Clean was able to work with my schedule and booked me in for a Deluxe clean.Heather and Samantha were super nice and very thorough. Overall I was happy with the service provided; my house is big but they worked methodically - everything looked and smelled so much better. They were also kind and patient with my dog following them around.I like the fact that they brought all their own supplies and seemed happy to accommodate small requests about cleaning specific items etc.. Not sure how the cost compared to other companies, but overall I felt it was fair value for the work put in and appreciated the fast service.

We’ve been happily using Maid Clean for over a year! Dyana does a fantastic job making sure our house is spotless on a regular basis! A few weeks ago we were getting ready for a party at the house, and Dyana did such a great job that everyone who came commented on how clean and nice the house looked.They are flexible on the rare occasions we need to move a cleaning, and make it easy to adjust as needed. Love the job that they do.

Go for it!While I am a brand new client, here’s my recent experience… hope this helps you out on your ‘Domestic Support Search’, if you will. :)I recently had the pleasure of Lee-Ann Webber’s, Maid Clean Services, deep clean my home this week.Heather and Samantha were my dynamic and fantastic duo!!I am telling you these gals had a lot to do- they worked very hard and it shows!The load of detail cleaning these ladies walked into (that I was needing and expecting) and the end result I am living in… well, as I mentioned, they had a lot to do and they did great! Their time and energy shows! Literally.. everywhere I walk in my house!I hadn’t had a really good and thorough deep clean of my entire home for some time thanks to Covid. So getting back my home back to where I want it and back into a regular routine with the upkeep of my home, with a team that is meticulous with their cleaning, is fantastic to say the least!I do feel the pricing for the value I received was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend scheduling a walk-through with the owner to discuss your specific needs (that’s what I did) and give them a go. Lee-Ann did a wonderful job with our move in clean! We are first time home buyers and we bought a house that needed a bit of work. We had Lee-Ann come in after some of the work had been done and she did a wonderful job cleaning, especially inside the oven and fridge. The house was in desperate need of a deep clean, so much so that I didn’t even want to touch anything! But Lee-Ann did a wonderful job and we will most definitely be using her for future cleans!

I had Heather from Maid Clean come this morning and I am SO happy I did. Heather did a fantastic job. I ordered the deluxe deep clean and that is exactly what I received . The owner followed up an hour after the clean to check in to make sure I was satisfied with the services provided! Great customer service all around !Looking forward to having Heather back for another clean . Thanks Maid Clean for a clean house!

Maid Clean Services has literally been a life saver. They were able to organize and deep clean my mom’s apartment expertly. It’s difficult for family to assist as we are out of the country but luckily Maid Clean Services jumped in with short notice to save the day. Most importantly, they went over and above the call of duty to make sure my mm was taken care of, swiftly, professionally and safely. My mom still raves about them! Definitely a repeat customer.

Had Elizabeth today for first time. She did a fantastic job. What a wonderful experience. Look forward to having her back again.
