the old lady who was on cash was so condescending and rude towards me and my friends. We all had ID’s and are all above the age of 19 trying to purchase liquor and she wouldn’t sell to us because I didn’t have a signature on my second ID. even though both pieces had names, birth dates and weren’t expired. She then refused to sell to my friends aswell. she was extremely rude and didn’t sell me a dunkaroo and was lucky i didn’t bash her head into the cash register

Pros.5 stars because AJ, BEN and HAILEY deserve medals because of their fantastic customer service. Never seen them upset/frustrated. Always willing to go the extra mile to help the customer.Cons.Apparently theres one manager whom thy shall not name. Been a regular for 3 years and never had a positive experience with said person. Read other reviews for further explanation.In the end. One person doesn’t make up an organization. Even with the cons, the other employees make up for it and treat you like family.5/5 regardless!

Normally I go just to grab their Mission Springs brand root beer. No alcohol in it at all. Wasn't able to purchase because they insisted I needed 2 pieces of ID to buy soda

Every time I’ve gone in (been a regular since it opened) most of the staff is very cheerful & welcoming. Sadly, every single time I have had to deal with the manager she’s rude & condescending. She refused to serve me due to my friend not having ID. She said to me that it’s the law & needs to ID every person coming thru. I provided my ID & was the one paying for the purchase, there should be no issue if my friend had her ID or not. However, when I enter with my son she’ll offer him a lollipop & he is CLEARLY not 19. She’s a complete hypocrite! I will not return to this store again until she no longer works there. And I will continue to convince others to stop going as well! Hopefully the owners want to provide good service & will remove the toxicity.

Stumbled across this store after recently moving into the area and was glad I did! Good selection, good prices, happy they offer 'Reward Points' and good hours of operation. Very happy with the distance to the home that I've made it my go-to liquor shop!

I regularly buy from this location, however, after today's experience I will no longer purchase anything from them again. The cashier was extremely out of place, rude, and condescending to me and my friend. Coming from a long background in customer service, that is no way to talk to your customers, no matter the circumstance. Sad to have this happen, as this location has a great selection.
