Penguin Pick-Up

They are sooooo helpful! No more packages getting stolen from my apartment building hallway. I love Penguin Pickup. It’s efficient, accurate and customer service folks are friendly. Love them!

I delivered a document to the pickup location and I was planning it to pick it up on a Friday (which I had a flight at night). That Friday was Easter and as expected all the locations were closed. I was able to reach to a CS Agent (Astrid) from another location (Liberty Village). She went above and beyond by contacting her supervisor and seeking for the contacts of the personal on the Rexall location. Finally, Nuzhat who works at the Rexall location came and was able to deliver the package (after proper validation).In short, I was able to take my flight thanks to Astrid and Nuzhat! They saved my day!

Initially showed up and no one was there due to a staffing emergency. Received a kind apology and got it delivered to my door the next day. Best kind of service

I have scheduled a pick up but when visited after calling them, no one there to attend but a memo saying they will be back in 30 mins. I waited more than an hour before the executive returned.

Very convenient for pick up if you live around the neighborhood & don't want package sent to your address, staff is friendly & fast for pick up package.

I ordered a new iPhone 12 from Virgin online. On January 17 when I arrived home from work I found the notice of delivery from Fedex on my door. The day after, I went to pick up the package to Penguin at 250 University Avenue inside the Rexall. The officer said that the package was already picked up at 13:37 pm and it was a man who picked it up. This is very annoying, and they appear to have given my package to a thief without confirming their identity properly or getting the delivery notice . They said maybe the employee who released the package did not check the ID properly- how can someone pick them up a package without any receipt and ID, or even know that there is a package to pick up in my name? I called Fedex and they told me that they will investigate and will notify me within 24 hours by email or phone . In 48 hours I called them back, but they had already closed they case without a solution. It was very annoying. I called virgin and told them what happened, saying if I had to pay for the phone I’ll bring this case to the police. Virgin said that I don’t need to worry about the payment, they will contact Fedex to investigate.

Jonathan was very helpful and professional. My car broke down and he helped me fix it.

Used Vertoe service here for luggage drop off for the day while I was exploring the city. Very convenient, cheap, and hassle free. They’re one of the only luggage storage services available right now during covid 19, and lots of museums or services that usually provide cost check are closed, so I’m very happy I found out about this!
