I discovered an urgent sewage backUp in my basement. I called 3 companies who couldn’t come before I was referred to Pioneer. They had Joey on-site within an hour who quickly diagnosed the pipes overgrown with roots. He bored them out with equipment he had with him and problem solved within hours. Outstanding professional experience.

This was my first experience with Pioneer Plumbing. Had issues with my boiler and booked an appt. The technician, Ryan, was great. He explained the issue and what needed to be done. It was quickly taken care of. Had a good experience with Pioneer Plumbing and will definitely contact them again if I have any plumbing / heating issues.

Called in for service on a low water pressure issue in the house. Service man came out and did some investigation and replaced a pressure valve without prior authorization to see if it eliminated the problem. The issue of unauthorized work was raised to the company and the marketing manager was professional enough to acknowledge the dispute and we agreed on a mutually accepted proposition.Thanks for being professional on tending to customer concern and the commitment to improve on communication. (4 star)

They were professional and on time - but I would not recommend them for installing appliances.I wasn't sure who to call to install a new dishwasher properly and thought that this company made sense, but in the end I was invoiced for over $600!On top of that, they couldn't figure out how to get the electrical cable to where it needed to go (back under the sink cabinet) and said I needed an electrician, so the dishwasher didn't even work when they left.

From the receptionists to technicians, their customer service was excellent. All technicians showed up on time, called before hand and were great. They listened, made suggestions and gave me an accurate quote.Would highly recommend and will be using this company for any and all plumbing needs moving forward. I had a multiple issues fixing a leaky faucet but Pioneer plumbing was a real bright spot in the process!

Very grateful on how fast the response time was as I was expecting the plumber to come between 10 am and 2 pm. Repair on the drain was done in a timely manner and also did a temporary adjustment to the bathroom faucet.

We had an emergency pipe burst. The 24 hour team was responsive, communicated effectively and had the issue fixed within 12 hours of the initial phone call. The technician was polite, efficient and the follow up billing and info for insurance was timely.

We’ve had great experience with this company before, however it seems like they’ve been hiring some very ill mannered people. Hubby had a very unpleasant interaction with a staff who we believe is a manager? Jason or Jay? We ended up using Marvel and had a great experience, the staff there is way more understanding and respectful, for anyone who might be looking to switch.
