I love Panda Express but this was probably one of the worst experiences I've had at any Panda Express. The person serving me messed up what I ordered and the rice I got with my food was horrible, it was dried out and inedible. I will go back hoping this was just a one-time thing but I probably won't choose the Fond Du Lac restaurant.

I would have to say this is probably the 3rd most disappointing trip I have made to this location. Feb. 24th 2023. Made a visit to pick up a nice little dinner for my husband and I as we had a long week with new puppies at our home so it was something nice to bring home a treat for us. Well we sure got that treat! First I went through the drive thru, I was there for like 4 min. Nobody said, Can you hold for a min" "We will be right with you." Nope nothing... I just about drove off bc I thought maybe they are closed as many times before I went there and there wasn't enough staff to fulfill duties. So I make my order. Get to the window and as I remembered I forgot to order our egg rolls. The person who took my order said "sorry" we don't do add ons at the window. Okay if they had a line of cars I get that

Placed online order. Ready in 20 min. Drove to town and place was closed due to maintenance". Went to drive thru for my order and they said they never made it and I was s.o.l. and that I should call the corporate number for a refund. Awful service

Just got take out here. Ordered a bigger plates, 3 entrees. They usually put the third entree in a separate small red box, but no, not this time. They literally threw all three entire into ONE container with my side options. Imagine getting a premium shrimp side and having it covered in orange chicken?? Awful and disgusting. And not only was my food mixed up and all over everything I received very small amounts of each bc they’re lacking so much in one container. They could’ve at least used another container if the small red ones were out. And ofc they don’t answer the phone because they’re SO busy, yeah right. This is the worst Panda I’ve been to. Just continuously bad food and customer service.

Where do i start? First, they forgot 3 items out of my order. When i called to ask for my money back they said they couldnt do that. Apparently, you have to go online and file a complaint which i did its been 3 days since i have nit even got 1 email back... The food is normally pretty good, but the service at this location is awful! Honestly, there are better options for asain cuisine in Fond du lac. I for one will be taking my money elsewhere.

Service wasn't the best. Pretty slow on serving. Most of the food was luke warm at best. If the food was more fresh it'd be better. Thus location is very hit and miss on the good food/good service days.

Best Panda I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of them! Food was fresh, servings were generous, and inside was clean. Marc and Jayden up front were fast and courteous, awesome Panda experience!

Fried rice was mushy and flavorless, seating area was mostly cleaned, and they had empty wells where some of the food was displayed. But, overall, the entrees were delicious and staff was friendly and accommodating

Always mess up my order. This isn’t the first time. Last time asked for an order of crab Rangoon did not get it cause they didn’t plug it in the order. Went back today and ask for angus pepper steak, ran out of it so ask for broccoli and beef. Ask for a Dr. Pepper and they also ran out of it so I asked for Mello Yellow. She said pulled forward. Paid for it and got my order. Drove off and realized I didn’t get my drink. But when I look at my receipt my drink wasn’t even in there. Got to work open up my food and there’s only broccoli and no beef at all. Look back at my receipt and it did say broccoli and beef. But no beef.
