The staff is incredibly hard working and i make my subway with too mane stuff but they were very co operative and served me with a smile. They also suggested me their tex mex bread which was incredible. Very satisfied

All of these bad reviews and still no change since last April… yikes.Service was so slow, and the two workers socialized the whole time while making my sandwich. Super unprofessional.

Slowest and rudest place I have ever been. They will not respond to your question, just stare at you. So unfriendly. Was in line almost 20 minutes with 11 people ahead of me.Their bottle of mayo was empty and they refused me mayo because they didn’t want to fill it, yet the jug of it was sitting at the end of the counter.I asked for napkins and she blank stared at me and would not answer or give us any.

Probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Please do yourself a favour and skip this location if you are in a hurry. Workers are slow, not attentive and lack hygiene. My subway artist put his pinkies in his mouth and proceeded to touch my sub with it before putting on gloves. Please never go here.

The slowest service I have ever experienced. One person was helping a customer as slowly as possible and two other workers were joking around as a lineup was forming.

They put half the meat on my spicy italian served with a side of bad attitude. Apparently no lettuce means more lettuce to Onroute suway employees. Lack of care lack of customer service ability and a poor attitude 1 star.

Slow as molasses. It's a rest stop, employees having a full blown convo, while there's 10+ ppl waiting. A woman who appears to be the manager said if you need help call me, when he already needed help. Tims was dead and AW was moving.. I was only 2 people behind in line, took 25 mins.
