Meaghan Cooke listed our rural home in 2016. She provided a very thorough market evaluation to us and then discussed an appropriate list price. She arranged for professional photography which provided an excellent digital experience for prospective buyers. She advertised the property on social media and through the usual real estate channels. The house sold within a couple of months for slightly less than the asking price which was the tendency at the time. To this date Meaghan stays in contact with us by way of a news letter which keeps us appraised of the current market trends.
