Gibson Kickboxing MMA

I have been going to Gibson for over a year. I train here on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in group training kids classes. After training I usually feel very happy and refreshed and very confident.I also train with Gevin once a week privately and he is helping me with my skills.They have a smoothie bar here, I would recommend the JR smoothie. The smoothie really helps after a good training session. The staff here are very friendly and are like more family that are always positive and helping me do my best.

Gibson MMA is an amazing place to train!! Striking and grappling classes are presented throughout the week, and each offers a unique experience and great workout. The health bar is also amazing! They offer a nice variety of delicious shakes and wraps that are great to have after an intense workout.The instructors are experienced fighters who are very professional and the staff work diligently to ensure the gym is kept in pristine condition. It’s a great training atmosphere that I would recommend for anyone, from kids to adults. I’ve been a student for over 7 years now and my only regret is not having joined sooner!!

We've been taking our kids to Gibson MMA for approximately 3 years and we are more than pleased with the training, focus and respect that the Gibson family has taught our son and daughter. The skills our kids have learned here have helped them in their sports and also with their confidence and self respect. If we ever had any questions or concerns, all staff including Lance Sr, Lance Jr and Julia have been phenomenal. For anyone thinking of enrolling their kids here, just take a drive by the gym during their classes and see how full they are and how well the classes are run. Keep up the great work guys.

Words really can't describe how much we love and deeply respect this place. We have a long family history of happy members of this gym. When it came time for our children to join, we couldn't wait. Anastasia age 11, has been training for 5 years. Yianni age 7, has been training for 3 years. We can't thank Mr.Lance Gibson Sr. enough for what he and his amazing staff of trainers have taught our children about confidence, respect and discipline. Each teacher brings their own special talent and gift to each and every lesson. I have also been lucky enough to be a member of ladies only class and have recently begun having private training sessions. I have never felt better. From the moment you walk in to this establishment you will notice how immaculate it is. You will NEVER find a cleaner gym than this. There is always eager and professional staff on hand to handle your every need. From the delectable menu items of the health bar, to gear and all your membership needs, they're on it. I’ve been training at this gym for almost 6 years and have nothing but positive things to say! This gym has an awesome atmosphere and the staff working at the health bar and the coaches are all very warm, welcoming and professional. Every class is different and each instructor has something unique to offer so the workouts don’t get repetitive! They also have a health bar that sells healthy and delicious protein shakes, wraps, salads and bowls so you can refuel after a workout. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of their age or fitness level!

The culture of this place is really awesome, everyone from the staff to the people who train here are great people. I've been going here for a few years and I absolutely love this place. I stopped for a few years and came back because I really missed it! The workouts are fun, addicting and really challenging and all the instructors are very knowledgeable. The health bar staff are super cool and friendly as well.

The best Martial Arts School you can find. I have trained for over 10 years and have never found such an amazing environment ~ positivity and top notch trainers and staff. If you are looking for an amazing workout, there are classes for kids, teens as well as adults. They even have Yoga classes to top it off! A wonderful health bar that offers healthy organic meals and a wealth of knowledge. Come in and experience all that it has to offer!

It takes me around 4 hours to get to Gibson MMA by ferry and transit. I wouldn’t choose any other gym. The travel is irrelevant when an opportunity like this is available and the level of training and coaching offered is this top-tier. The knowledge and wisdom being shared is hard-earned and clearly gained through experience and having been in the trenches.I enjoy watching Mr. G work and interact with the younger students during the kids class, as I get to witness how amazing he is with the dedicated and devoted martial artists.This gym helps instil old-school values and a persevering and disciplined mindset. Helping with life outside the gym as well. Speaking personally, Mr. G and the training here, have greatly helped me improve my self-confidence. Also to mention, I’ve levelled up exponentially as a fighter by training at Gibson MMA- I’ve gotten better training here in much less time than at other facilities.This private gym has a great family atmosphere and team-like camaraderie!

I have been to this place over a year and received the personal training sessions. They are all talented, professional, and the best trainers who will make you to be in a fit in no time. I am training with Julia who will be fighting for the world champion title this year. I always get motivated by her hard training. She never stops training herself so it makes me to keep going as well. I really respect her professionalism. The training is very fun to people whom even without any experiences with the kickboxing like myself. It is very challenging but it also feels worthwhile after the hard training. :D I will be always fan to this place. Plus, it has a really tasty health bar where people can purchase the healthy fuels after their training. After hard workout, I usually do not wish to cook for myself so this is a great combination along the workout. My favorite one is spicy chicken wrap with extra extra extra spicy! The food is healthy and good for a diet as well for a balanced meal. If you are looking for a place to make you look glamorous in this summer, Gibson MMA is the best place for you! Do not lose weight without gaining muscles! :)

Great place to train! The gluten-free tuna wrap from the Health Bar is my fave!It's a family business and they genuinely want to see their students improve. Everyone is super friendly. The music is point - reggae and hip hop are playing during all of the classes creating a fun and motivating atmosphere.I've been training there for over 5 years and have loved every minute of it. Each class if different and challenging. I encourage everyone to train there if they're looking for MMA or Kickboxing instruction, or Personal Training. There are tons of options for kids, teens, ladies, and men.
