St Lawrence Appliance Service

Requested a technician to repair my dryer but instead provided the information and part number so I was able to fix it myself to save money! Thanks so much for your help! Other repair shops would have easily charged me for a service call for something so easily fixed. Thank you!

I bought a washer from The Brick. And this company is the one that does servicing. I've been trying for over 2 weeks to get them to come out to look at my washer. Two appointments they didn't show up to and didn't even have the decency to call me. When I call them to reschedule they tell me that they will try to make it on this day or try to make it on that day. I have never dealt with such UNPROFESSIONAL behavior in my life. Disgusting when you spend $800 on a fully warrantied machine and then you can't get the company that has the warranty to come out and service. And they keep giving ridiculous excuses. We're swamped and have leftover appointments from yesterday but my appointment with them was from last week. And then finally she confesses that I live too far out of town and they don't want to come out to do the service for me until they've got other repairs in the area. I live a whole 18 miles from town. I guess I've got to wait 6 months to get my washing machine serviced? This is been ongoing for 3 weeks. My next review is with the Better Business Bureau

They went overboard sharing videos to help me with my issue. Unfortunately i had to replace the parts on my oven.Very professional and courteous and great workmanship.

Same review, unprofessional. Very rude on the phone and almost a month and still no one or even an appointment made to have repair completed - extended warranty etc. Had to call warranty and get another service call in and a different company to come and repair. Same excuse as another poster, swamped, taking time off etc.

Didn't have parts I would need but gave me good advice on phone, thanks!

My aging Maytag range failed quite unexpectedly. I assumed that parts would be hard to locate and very expensive. St. Lawrence Appliance Service had the part in stock and at a very reasonable price. Had the range up and running on the same day. We are very luck to have an appliance store with a wide assortment of spares in the area. Thanks again.
